There are now two scenarios in which we won't have to deal with you!

What an absolutely ridiculous statement. You really don't know how this works do you? Btw, I WANT them to trade down. I believe it is in their best interests to do so as long as they are fully compensated. But, go ahead. Exclaim how it isn't smart to gain extra draft picks while you are maneuvering down to get a player at a position, and point in the draft, that you actually want to take them.

Well, if this does prove true, one can come to the following conclusions:

    • We are in line for another 4 win season
    • No one believes Colt can be anything more than a career backup
    • We are positioning ourselves for Matt Barkley/top QB in next year's draft

If we trade down into the teens and Floyd is not the pick, we are not looking for instant improvement...just mild upgrades...We can't continue to engage in that behavior and expect a different outcome. You have to help the Offensive side of the ball....we have 3 HUGE voids (RB, WR and OL) and need 3 impact starters, not serviceable players.

No matter what happens, I hope we have multiple impact rookies and a successful season and most of all I hope I am dead wrong. But when a Stud stares you square in the eyes, don't turn and run, grab him.

It seems as if the Browns are trying to move down to 6, add a 2nd rounder, take Claiborne at #6, then go with Stephen Hill at 22 and use the acquired picks to move into the first round for either an OT or RB.

I'm not opposed to that it's just I don't want another trading out of the top 10

The Browns would drop into the 'teens' if a deal is completed.

Anyone else find that a little confusing? They've had discussions about trading back LESS than 5 spots (4+5=9) yet the browns would drop into the "teens" if a deal is completed? Maybe the deal shown would drop us into the teens but were still in talks with at least 2 teams between picks 5-9

You can add Claiborne, but without a very good pass rush the D will still be gashed and in the middle to bottom third of the league.

anybody else feel like the OBR has no inside info at all, and just throws shit against the wall and sees what sticks? Like how hard would it be to pose as an insider, and say, "the browns like every single player that has been mocked in their draft position". its a joke.

Claiborne just scored a 4 on the wonderlic. Since corners are supposed to have short memories, is this a plus or a minus?

The fact of the matter is that the draft is still 25 days away. Making any definitive decisions right now, right this second, would be irresponsible and foolish. I can guarantee they haven't made the decision to definitively not draft Richardson, yet. There are even new reports that say they still intend to host Richardson, Blackmon, Tannehill, and others at the Berea facilities in the coming weeks.

The bottom line is that I'd have an easier time believing these OBR reports if it were days before the draft. It is still far too early, however.

He may not have taken it seriously and that is how he got a 4. Still, how can you not taking this shit seriously? Either he's incredibly dumb or he's just lazy and immature, either way it's a giant red flag.
A FOUR!?!? SMH. WTF is gonna happen next for the Browns. Everything is just going so wrong.

    A 4 is a good thing for a corner.
