Ferry's possibilities are presenting themselves

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
ok and maximus you and wine and gold are actually employed by the cavs right?

Speaking for myself - NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are there any players or previous players on this website?

No clue....but doubtful. Although heathmalc does remind me a little of Edgar Jones. And Pip's shaved torso photo looks a little like Bobby Sura's.

A couple previous players have checked this place out, I don't think they've ever been active in posting or anything, but they read the stuff.

Alot of their family and friends check what's being said all the time ...on all the forums.

I like this thread.

I may not be able to dunk a ball on doods, but I can out-type 9 out of 10 of them. Thats saying something. But no I dont think you need to see any of my balling, I wouldnt want to make any of the Cavs feel bad.

Side Story:
When I registered a couple years back and realized there was already an A Mac afterword I was worried that people would be upset about my name being too similar. Since I had been using it on other web forums for some time decided to keep it, and just kept hoping it wouldnt ruffle any feathers since he was here first. Over time I worried less and less about it until I didnt even think about it anymore. Strangely enough no one ever said anything to me about how similar our names were until just now, some 2 1/2 years later. So thanks KBlade for bringing my worst rcf.com fear to reality.

Oh and thanks again W&G for dropping dimes left and right in this thread.

W&G's silence is telling.. I think its safe to conclude that said player is indeed African American and his 6'6" or taller. We're really narrowing things down now, only approx. 100+ players left that it could possibly be by my highly scientifc calculations.

Yes, we're really getting somewhere. For a while I was concerned that it might be Colonel Sanders, who is tall but not black. Now that we know we have a black man over 6'6 on our hands, the game will simply come to us. And don't forget that this would be a home-coming for said Black.

W&G, does this player's last name feature a mis-spelled color of any kind?

MYoung, not to trouble you, but your comments, both here and on scout, are certainly being read in eastern Europe. right now.

its gonna be a hughes value player ...think 10-16 million a year contracts... go back and look at the worst contracts of the season too..

From some previous experience with sites like these. It would surprise me a bit if players, along with people within the organization and media, were not only aware of this site, but read it frequently.

I had discussions about specific topics from a site with players and faculty. They were very aware. Family members definitely read the site and would sometimes even post. All of them would discuss topics from the site when I would see them.

I would be shocked if people werent aware of, if not reading whats being written about them.

^^ Yeah. OT: Charlie Bell posts on RealGM too.

Chris Bosh also just told Raptor RealGM fans he would answer any questions they wanted to ask him. I am not kidding when I say there are probably 5,000 Raptors fans who post on RealGM... Those guys overrun the place.

Generally, sites like these are the "pulse" of the fan following, the true fan/follwer with a little bit more insight than the casual fan. Fans on sites and networks with a large following of hardcore fans tend to be a microcosm of the overall thought process of a fan base.

The overall feel that I get from this site, in the short time that ive been here, is people want more talent around LBJ, preferably a pg, people seem frustrated yet cautiously optimistic with Ferry and the talent around Lebron. This site seems pleased with the direction of the franchise overall and is enjoying the ride, but wants to see the team take the next step to elite status.

You can even see it in the press, who often regurgitate stories and theories which come from sites like these. Stories break on sites like these within in minutes or hours, the press has to check, confirm and reconfirm before releasing on their site, or the next day in the paper.

Why wouldnt players, press and organizations check these sites?

oh yeah, gimmie Mike Redd all day... Especially if we can unload Hughes. And later GooFORNOden.
