ROUND 2 GAME 3 | CAVS (1-1) @ BULLS (1-1) | MAY 8TH, 2015 | 8:00 PM ET

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
No we couldn't. This team, right now, isn't good enough to win a title with 2009 LeBron James. That dream died the moment Love got hurt.

Both losses are his fault entirely. First game, he wasnt agressive at all with a ton of TOs and now this loss is on him shooting like pure dog shit, turning the ball over, and not being able to hit a layup when it mattered the most.

He made the same mistake in game 1 in regards to Moz. Moz and TT need to be in there. Moz in both losses one of only two players with a + game finishing on bench. He had 3 blocks and 7 rebounds in 22 minutes, yet Blatt continues to ignore our advantage. We lose o rebounding by 9 despite TT working his ass off. Kyrie was totally hobbled and the only way we were winning was with stops. He's coaching a bad series straight up, and I don't care how many Euros disagree. He's married to his regular season rotations despite there still being zero spacing going small, which is the only reason to be small.
I'm not sure I see the argument for putting Mozgov back in late. I mean, I understand the concept. They went small by necessity with Gasol getting injured, so why not try to exploit it instead of trying to match it. But, the problem with that is (1) Mozgov has not had a good series at all; (2) he had played a pretty bad game when he was in there; (3) Blatt likes finishing games with the rotation that can switch anything; (4) our floor spacing would have been sacrificed completely.

We lost, so any second guesses are going to be magnified now. I absolutely thought Blatt should have considered pulling Kyrie early in the fourth when it was blatantly obvious that he could barely move out there. It felt like he was kept in almost strictly to space the floor and Delly has been knocking down shots lately. I would have liked to see KI on the bench down the stretch, as much as it pains me to say it. He's just a shell of himself right now.

I don't know why but I'm not even worried right now. This doesn't feel as bad as losing game 1 or game 4 to the Magic in '09 or losing games 4 and 5 to Boston in '10. Had tonight's loss happened back then I would have been devastated.

Tonight's loss DID happen back then.

Well, at least the Tribe... never mind.

Relax peeps. We just dominated them in game 2 and the 2 games we lost were really close despite playing awful. Also, Gasol is hurt.

Moz in there would have forced the Bulls to put in Noah. As it was, both Noah and Gasol were on the bench. I just don't get the thinking with Blatt. There were many, many issues with this game that I feel he didn't make the right calls with.

He's been slow in almost every aspect of this series. Slow to make changes, slow to call timeouts, etc. He has good to very good game plans, but has an inability so far to adjust in game to what's not working. He'll probably come back next game and coach a good one, but you're seeing the learning curve with him this series. I don't understand Shump being back in last game clearly hobbled and the game out of reach. Kyrie clearly useless tonight, and with Delly having a rare good game, yet he doesn't go to our best defensive rotation.

Dude, you've been on the "I hate LeBron James" thing for years. Your opinion on the matter means almost nothing to me.

If you watched the game tonight and came away thinking that this loss was his fault entirely, then you haven't been able to rid yourself of the bias.

A one legged Kyrie still handled the ball better than James...lol

In LeBron's defense he doesn't have the stamina to do what he did in the playoffs for Miami and pre Miami Cavs. Injuries are fucking us in the ass.

Blatt had to get Kyrie out of there at the VERY least on those late game defensive possessions. I know we still needed Kyrie's ball handling and all with LeBron's fatigue that lead to sloppiness. But you have to think about the rest of the series. How much did playing a hobbled Kyrie hurts us for the next game and the game after that?

I dont hate Lebron, I hate the fact that he chokes. I want to see him win one for us, why wouldnt I dude? But how many times is this guy gonna go on press conferences and say how he has to take care of the ball, has to post up more, has to stop taking dumb threes, just to keep doing all this shit over and over.

Worse teams have won the finals Rich. We are still in it.

I agree if Kyrie looks a lot healthier than he did tonight. They aren't winning it with no Love and 25% Kyrie. It looked like Shump was becoming a valid #3 and he gets hurt...

Rich, definitely not his fault entirely, but I am starting to get alarmed. This has gone on many, many times throughout the year. I figured it'd stop in the playoffs and it's not. Terrible shooting, constant turnovers. It's just very worrisome for me- I don't understand it and truly don't get how you can be so careless in the playoffs. It's odd.

Meh. Lucky shot. Never put yourself in a position to lose due to luck.

Going to knock the shit out of them in Game 4 though.

All this talk of it being like the Orlando series.

And you're right. It is. Except we're the Magic.

Rose just hit his game winner that gave their team hope...

The same one LeBron hit that the entire team went into a frenzy over.

Still doesn't matter.

Cavs baby.

Also, going drinking now.
