ROUND 2 GAME 3 | CAVS (1-1) @ BULLS (1-1) | MAY 8TH, 2015 | 8:00 PM ET

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Whenever, I cried like a girl!

I hear ya. I'm a little older than you and I don't remember the Miracle team except in retrospect with that great Joe Tait record. First year I remember well was getting knocked out by the Knicks in a "best of 3 series" in the late 70s. I probably don't take the heartbreak as hard as I used to, but given that I'm 0 for 105 in my quest for one Cleveland team to win a title (Browns, Tribe, Cavs) it just seems like the burden increases every year. Especially in a year like this where I think the team finally had the talent to win a title but has been killed by injuries. It just seems kind of Cleveland...

Uh huh, and so he called that bank? When you bank a bomb from that spot, you were way off and were bailed out by the glass.

Ok, but just because he didn't call bank doesn't mean it's lucky. Not everyone can do what he did.

Rose worked to put himself in the possession to get the shot off, and put just enough arc on that shot to give it that chance. The play was broken from the beginning. Few players can put themselves in that position to get off a shot like that. That's not luck at all.

It was also very well contested by TT so there's that as well.

As long as it's before we die. If my mother only knew that I was still this into Cleveland sports...

Funny thing is if you leave Rose wide open to take a straight up shot, I bet he misses

All that running he did forced him to move on instinct and not think

Great shot

I hope you are high or drunk right now.

Because the third option doesn't wear off.

What sucks about this one is we got great support from guys like Delly and most of the role players, our 2 big guns both sucked at the same time. We just don't have the margin for error anymore to have both Kyrie and Lebron shooting like shit.

We just have to regroup and come back and find a way to take game 4 and things will quickly flip back in our favor.

After listening to the post game comments it seems to me that was the most sincere LeBron has been in a while. He and Kyrie should have a better game Sunday and hopefully Gasol won't play.

You HAVE to win on Sunday. If you don't the series is over. Please, LeBron show us why you're still the best player in the league. And hopefully Kyrie is healthy and plays much better.

Refs missed a 5 second call IMO and Rose banked in a bullshit 3 at the buzzer from a shitty angle that only Derrick Rose is known to hit from. It hurts like hell. But, if I know LeBron, and I think I do... He's going to be one determined sob. If Gasol misses time, I think we can take next game and hopefully sweep them the rest of the way.

Why don't you try addressing the points I made rather than throwing out assertions like that?

You didn't make any points, so I'm not sure what I should be addressing.

Unless trying to argue that banking in a shot from 26 feet, with a 6'10" defender on you, isn't luck is considered an actual point?

Painful loss but I think I'm not as down on this because Kyrie was out there hobbling around and the game was tied when the game winner was hit. I don't know that the Cavs had enough in the tank to win in OT anyway and they'd just be more worn down on Sunday. If the Cavs had been ahead it'd have been harder to take.

Great shot by JR, btw, to tie the game.

BTW, re: the guy who was arguing that Rose made a great shot and basically called the bank... you'll all be happier if you put him on ignore.

If you want to talk about missed calls, there were quite a few tonight. But even before the Bulls drew up that last play, LeBron fouled Rose in the half court and the refs didn't call it. It looked like a brain fart by LeBron and he was real fortunate that wasn't called.

I would rather have them call that foul.

Because it isn't just about the shot going off glass. Maybe you should read every line of a post. Once again, getting into a proper position to take a shot like that which was well contested (and very nearly blocked) is what makes it a great shot. Why does it matter that the defender contesting the shot is 6'10'' when the shot was defended very well and nearly blocked?
