Interesting he went with the refs route given that they shot 4-23 from 3 and bricked quite a few wide open looks.

Atlanta got a ton of leeway under the basket to body and push. There were a handful of instances in the 4th quarter alone where there were pretty obvious fouls on Atlanta that the refs let play on.

Unless his pain tolerance is weak or he's a good actor, I'd say it looked way worse than a sprain.

Hawks shot 23 FTs to the Cavs 20. 8 of the Cavs FTs were intentional fouls, and another was a tech. So the Hawks basically had a 2-1 FT advantage during the course of the game.

Not necessarily true. We already laid down in the 4th quarter of this game after we thought we had the game won. Which now, that might be a blessing in disguise that we got that out of the way and will be more prepared and focused for game 2.
