Shaq or Barkley are incredulous about the Delly accusations with Barkley pointing out that Horford basically was pulling him down so it's hypocritical to then get mad a the guy because he then falls

Unfortunately even though it's 2 out of 3, Kenny Smith is so loud with his nonsense that it's not getting through.

Very honest answer by Horford himself. Delly is not dirty. At best he can be considered clumsy and may need to balance his grittiness with his awareness for the spacing of other players. He'll learn.
