NBA Finals Game 4 | Warriors @ Cavaliers | June 11th, 2015 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I knew we'd lose tonight, winning 3 straight just isn't realistic. I make fun of GS a lot, but I know they are a really good team. I just think their mentality is pathetic.

If you think they are Atlanta though, you weren't living in reality. Is the series over? Nope.

Is it going to be very hard? Yep. Newsflash, it got really hard the minute Kyrie went down regardless.

The Cavs are not scared playing on the road. I feel like they've played better on the road in some aspect than at home this post season.

Going on the road doesn't scare me. The only thing that worries me at all, is if guys are going to be physically capable to bring their all. Tonight, they clearly weren't.

The series is tied 2-2, shut the fuck up with this "series is over" shit.
Two of the final three are in Golden State. And our second and third best players at hurt.

It would defy anything that's happened in league history for us to win this one.

But if there's anything to take solace in its that we would have crushed them with KL, KI, and AV healthy.

Hell, we might've won this series if we just had Andrew Wiggins and Dion Waiters, even without Love and Irving.

Marion at least has the decency to retire this year, is Miller going to hang around taking up space again next year?

Trust me.

This two days of rest is going to do wonders for this entire team.

LeBron is physically exhausted. Delly did not look like himself following the hospital trip. Shumpert is banged up. Smith is out of rhythm.

The only two players I'm not really worried about moving on is Mozgov and Tristan.

We did learn one thing for certain tonight: tons of deadwood on the roster. We needed depth tonight to give rest to some of our exhausted players but obviously the coaching staff looked down the bench and saw a bunch of gas cans. Griffin is going to be awfully busy in the next few weeks.

JR: you'd better shape up and hit some shots or your sorry ass will languish with a lottery team next season.

I thought JR had a player option...as does Miller...he will be back...easiest couple of mill. he will ever make waving that towel...Griffin's problem is there is very little cap space...especially if we have to pay Love at the max and TT...

My whole point is TT/Mozgov shouldn't play out there together anymore. We had the best OffRtg in the playoffs heading into this series. We're way too afraid of beating them at their game. Just don't turn it over and rebound well and that controls tempo still

:conf (5):

Do you want our defense to be destroyed and for us to get out rebounded by a large margin?

Curry's been terrible at home, I really think he will bomb if we can just make it to Game 7.

You didn't think this was going to be easy did you?

I wanted to foolishly believe we could vanquish them in 5 games, but common we're depleted. If any of Boston's big 3 was out; if they were even operating at 2/3 of their big 3, could the Celtics have won in 08?

We're operating at 1/3 of our capacity. This wasn't going to be easy. They hit shots, we didn't.

I'm not scared of their homecourt, becuase we can still control tempo through rebounding.

The biggest adjustment is that Bron is going to have to take 35+ shots and he's clearly not comfortable.

LeBron was in no shooting rhythm at all, he didn't shoot great shots, was hesitant on others.

It became clear his teammates weren't going to hit shit, therefore take 35+ shots. LeBron is our only aggressive shot creator.

Iman missed some quality looks as well.

This wasn't going to be easy.

I dare someone to say that fatigue and Joey didn't play a huge factor in this L. I fucking dare someone to say it didn't!

Delly/Shump/Bron/TT is a hell of a defensive team with potential to space the floor. We can still trap with even more quickness and get back quicker and Golden State isn't exactly putting a twin tower lineup out there so we won't be getting outrebounded

3 days rest and a coaching staff I have confidence in. Firmly believe we will be competitive and win at GS. Then win the whole fucking thing next week. Cavs in 6. We played too good the first 3 games and a good 3rd quarter and got close before the floor dropped out. Still beleive.

All the more reason to get this done in 5 games. The longer this series goes the more it favors Golden State's depth.

Do we have a ton of deadwood or have injuries just depleted our roster?
Our depth isn't really that bad if even 2 of Love, Irving, or Varejao are still healthy.

Seriously Delly, Smith, and Thompson are all guys who should be coming off the bench but we are forced to start them because of injuries.
Varajao was gone long before we finalized our roster.

Obviously we have lost KL and KI but Mike Miller, Kendrick Perkins and Brendan Deadwood will all be gone and Marion is retiring. All four of those guys are worthless and Joey Buckets is a D-Leaguer at this point.

So to answer your question - injuries exposed our deadwood.
