NBA Finals Game 4 | Warriors @ Cavaliers | June 11th, 2015 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hey guys - I just want to say this to everyone. STAY Positive - Don't be defeated, don't expect the worst. Let's expect the best and adjust - it is the way we should live life. Life is not about when things are going status quo as we expect them when everything is great, but when we face adversity our true character comes out. Lebron is a one of a kind human being - This is a 3 game series, we just need our guys to not gas out - maybe extend the rotation one guard...

If you told me we had a 3 game series to win the championship I'd say lets do it.

This game and series in general really illustrate the importance/value of Kevin Love. It's really disheartening to watch these games and think of what he would have brought to the table. GS has no one that could have handled him in the post.

Cavs still have a chance in this series. However, they can't let the lead slip to double digits, EVER. The bench is so thin and we expelled so much energy coming back from that 12 point deficit that we were done after we couldn't break through 3 points. Then, Curry comes down and his a dagger at the end of the third, puts the Cavs down 6, and effectively ends the game at that point. Oh well, thankfully we get that extra day of rest.

I don't know if the Cavs couldn't get over the hump, because they ran out of gas. They were getting stops. They just couldn't make shots. JR and Shump shouldn't have been that tired. They are just spooked. Delly, I can imagine, was tired.

What evidence is there in this entire world that Joe Harris is going to be more reliable at making a basket than is JR Smith?

What evidence is there that he wouldnt have and at that point what did we have to lose?

Yup and I dont see GS's game plan changing - If our open shooters can knockdown the buckets then we win regardless of what game plan GS has. All the more a reason to try and bring in a few more spot up sure shot shooters into the rotation in case JR and Shump are in a slump.

The minute I saw the ref lineups, in which 2 of the 3 refs were historically favorable to the visiting team, I believed the NBA selected them to extend the series, as I wrote prior to the game. Interesting that convicted felon Joey Crawford told Mozgov to "shut up" yesterday (two of yesterday's three refs are convicted felons, two of them also went to the same high school as convicted ref Tim Donaghy, convicted of gambling on NBA games) , when Golden State wouldn't stop whining about calls. As one national reporter said on a sports talk show today, he was embarassed how many obvious fouls Curry got away with during the first quarter.

The damage done, by halftime it was over. Notice how the refs suddenly started calling more fouls against Golden State when the game was out of hand?

If I can predict or handicap games based on ref assignments, which I've been doing here since the playoffs started, then I don't believe it's just luck.

Spooked? Doubtful. The first thing that will throw off your shot is tired legs. That's why a lot of coaches will practice free throws at the end of practice. It better simulates late game situations.

Since people are sharing lucky t-shirt stories...

I have a gold colored Dion Waiters player tee that I didn't touch since he was traded back in January. After the Cavs lost game 1 to Chicago I decided to wear the Waiters player tee for game 2 vs Chicago with the thinking that if a) we lost the game then I was tossing the shirt in the trash, or b) if we win I'll keep it around until we lose a game with me wearing it. I'm not going to be gross and wear it every other game without washing it, but I have worn it 5 times since that game 2 against Chicago, and the Cavs are 5-0 when it's worn, including game 3 on Tuesday.

I'll be at the game tonight and don't want to wear a dirty shirt around downtown all day that probably smells of sweat and beer from my nervousness from the other night, but I will be taking it with me to the game as a rally towel. And if things get tense... it's going on.

R.I.P. Waiters shirt. It was given a proper burial in Quicken Loans Arena... after being throw at an obnoxious Warriors fan.

yeah thats what we need. antawn jamison !

I'd hope the game 5 thread gets released Sunday so it isn't filled with pessimism or people talking about "Well I had GS in 7, but we still can do this or do that" blah blah blah.

All In

SO MANY WIDE OPEN MISSES. goddamn.

Jr, Shump and delly play terrible. after that let down, we are still tied 2-2.

Need lebron to tough it out and come through game 5. and please role players MAKE YOUR OPEN SHOTS.

if iggy can make his open shots.. cmon, im sure we can.

It really came down to open misses by everyone (and Joey's reffing). That was it. Not Steve Kerr's strategy. Not the Warrior's great play. We actually got to 3 points somehow late in the third.

With an extra day of rest for everyone--including for LeBron's head and Delly's dehydration--we should be rested to go all out again. When and if JR goes off, we're going to win some games no one thought we could.

At watch party, crowd feels nervous.
