dear refs, why wasnt there a foul called when kyrie was hit in the head. but when lowry pushes off 30 feet from the basket that was a defensive foul?

I would play LeBron the entire 4th. Don't let this become a chance of going back home for game 7. We'll have close to a week off. Plenty of rest time.
 
I wish Lue would call Lowry and the refs on that. He gets half his points by running right into defenders and flinging the ball up in the air. Those aren't fouls.
