Can we stop acting like Delly was a god? We let him walk because he wasn't worth the money compared to JR
Flat out. On the Cavs he wasn't worth 38 million over 4 years. Definitely worth 20 mil over 4 years but Milwaukee Came in and made a great deal and got him so sorry
I do miss him on the team but if Andy and Big Z can leave then I'm not sad about anybody else leaving. Dunleavy has played very well. He's shooting 33% from 3 which isn't amazing but it's not bad either.
The word cloud of this thread would have more mentions of a certain Bucks PG then Dunleavy.
Mike's got to start hitting some of those wide open looks he's getting. JR sort of broke the curse of Cleveland where people's jumpers go to die (here's looking at you Donyell, Wesley, Hughes, etc.) and I'd hate for it to return
Forget trading away McRae, if you can find somebody to take Mo off our hands and only require Dunleavy as a sweetener you do it.
I'd part with the 36-year old with back problems over the guy 10 years younger with a high offensive ceiling.Dude, your trade ideas sometimes...lol
Dunleavy is going to be FAR more important in the postseason than he is right now. Throwing him in as sweetener would be just dumb.

We need to to acknowledge the cold hard truth that we're going to have to go all in on developing a player some time or other. McRae has shown a lot of promise in spurts. I think he serves a greater need going forward than a guy who is ancient by NBA standards.
That's ironic not to mention hypocritical from the guy who keeps talking about trading Shumpert NOW, aka the only person we have aside from our soon-to-be 32-year old superstar capable of defending the perimeter. You love selling low and buying high, don't you.
And no, we don't need to go all in on anything at this point.
We need to be patient and see what we have.
