I agree when is he back?Man do we miss this guy: JR was a top ten SG last year and the dropoff between him and Shumpert and Liggins is deep.
Unfortunately, I doubt it! Seems "unrealistic".He's not back for at least two months and probably longer. My concern would be whether he has time to play himself back into shape before the playoffs, or even before the ECF.

After all, we are not blessed like the Warriors.
It's a thumb injury. His legs weren't cut off. He can keep up on his cardio. If JR comes back in terrible shape, it's a JR problem, not an injury problem.
AND JR is a better shooter and better defender than amon Jones (who I also loved) .Do you know why I miss JR?
Because, back in the day, there was nothing better than when Damon Jones would knock down a 3.
JR is the first Cavs player since him to give me that same feeling. It brings me sheer joy every time he makes a wild, contested 3 to put the dagger in the opposition's run.
Come home Pipe, we miss you.
Hopefully Korver finds some of that mojo in the mean time, and then we'll just be lighting bitches up come playoffs.

I just think this team misses JR more than people want to admit. I think he should come back and be good to go and fully implemented into the team by the playoffs - and thus be totally good to go by the Finals - but, if he isn't, I think we're in some trouble. JR won't make or break a Finals series against the Warriors, yet, he does play a very important role.
So Jr said today that no cardio or anything during his recovery up until this point. Why the hell not
His doctor told him no cardio just so they could piss you off.
