NBA Finals | Game 3 | Warriors @ Cavs | June 7, 2017 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm sick of people comparing Durant 2016 to James 2010.

LeBron came with Bosh and Mike Miller and joined a 47 win team.

KD joined a SEVENTY THREE win team. There's no comparison.

Wade was great in 2010, but he was not remotely close to being a two-time MVP, once unanimous.

LeBron helped build something from the ground up, KD joined an already finished product.

I know most of you think I am bat shit insane lol, If there is anything the Cavs and these times the shit stain that is the NBA is to this place. Once where I am thankful to post talk and just be allowed to be myself. So Cavs fan for life and as long as there is Cleveland Sports and Interwebz I will always have this place to come to and just let it out.

Warrior fan here. I don't know what Paul Pierce is talking about right now. LeBron James is the best player in the world. I just witnessed a guy put a team on his back for 46 minutes. 46 minutes. He made the right plays down the stretch (other than the quick 3 on the last possession). Korver was brought in to hit 3's and he missed it. LeBron is the best player in the world and he is unselfish. He'll live with the result knowing he gave it everything he had.

Warrior fan?

Your handle is a anagram of kneed dick.

I hope LeBron knees every fucking warrior in the dick on Friday.

Fuck Paul Pierce.

We don't kneed any Warrior dicks to tell us LeBron is the best player in the world.

Nothing personal, but we're not in the mood for newbie Warrior shit right now.

In the moder NBA(i.e. the one where you need to beat GS to win the title I would rank center as the least important position)

Now if you happen to stumble into a KAT or Anthony Davis and can ADD them to team of a PG and three good wings then by all means do. But the basic conversion is that trading 2s for 3s doesn't win you games, shot blockings impact is negated by the shooting of 32-45 3P per game, and it's hard for a center to have much impact defensively against GS when they go small with Draymond and KD as their bigs

I think a guy like Serge Ibaka would be perfect here.

This is bullshit. You will never be happy if you can't enjoy the past things.

We should be VERY grateful we got one title off the Warriors. And they should be grateful they got one off of us in 2015. They best team is winning this year. Too many stupid plays by the Cavs. And that's ok.
Not when it comes to sports. And in general, if you were happy in a relationship last week and now you are getting divorced, what does it help? If you are hungry today, but yesterday you had the best meal in life, what does it help? Yeah, you remember the nice things, but you can't live of that. Besides, life is something I actively participate in and gives different challenges every day and every "win" counts.
NBA is something I have zero influence on, ZERO.
If it doesn't go up it goes down.

Several of those were fouls, but the real problem was that they just ran out of gas. Lue only trusts about 5 guys at a time and he just wore everyone down because the options are so thin against Durant and his newly adopted all-star backing band.

I'm amazed people are pissed at Lue because he's got half a roster that's complete butt against Golden State. I don't care if you have Auerbach, Jackson and Pops coaching, guys like Frey and TT and both DWills and both Jones and the 99 centers that all got hurt can't do jack shit against this team of ballers.

Yeah I can agree Kevin was a stat pad and Kyrie was not yet a proven star. LeBron is 32 and it takes all that just to beat him with low to mid level star players. This is sick anyone not seeing this and blaming the Cavs They have and All-star west team basically all starting and two of them like you said Top 3 MVP and elite scorers. It set in when a buddy said I am have to break it to you but the Cavs might only win one game... he was darn right so far.

The Cavs' Big 3 never really gelled like LeBron thought. Love and Kyrie never took the next step. Both have moments of brilliance, but neither is consistently great, and neither is an effective defender. I think they are both hampered by a below-average coach and 82 games of chill mode.

I think Kyrie's ceiling is still higher than Kev's, so I would basically make everyone expendable except LeBron and Kyrie. I would fire Lue before the Warriors even lift the trophy, and throw the bank at someone like Jeff van Gundy. Then I would start looking for guys with hearts and brains, who can defend.

who said this?

I heard it somewhere maybe even from in here but that was the rumor. Of course it might be BS tied to the Kardashian thing. It could be true but I hope not and as much as he might need to go for another star level player along with Sump it will miss him.

those guys wouldn't have kept TT in when he couldn't do anything out there.

LeBron would beat the shit out of jvg.

You know what is even more messed up here. Is that there was a rumor from some who works for the Cavs now I am not saying he not blowing smoke. However that TT has been acting up this whole season was was creating problems. The money and fame went to his head I think.

It's really amazing how ineffective he has become. He's like a ghost out there.
