Although I didn't quote the post, my comment was in reference to the article posted above my post, published in the News Corp-owned New York Post; a conservative (read: 'right wing') media outlet, expressing outage (IMO) over the MSM 'doing anything to bash Trump'.Funny thing is...describing the right wing as "outraged over commercial news media errors" seems a pretty wild mischaracterization to me.
How about "bemused by the uncovering of liberal media smear jobs" or "validated by the gradual unraveling of the Trump Russia collusion witch hunt."
I'm not sensing outrage from the right. More "I told ya so."
And in the center...a lot of people that are getting tired of hearing anti-Trump news, seeing anti-Trump stuff on social media and thus gradual Trump "support" from those who didn't support him before.
And yeah...they'll basically just keep him under investigation as long as they can.
As you know, if it were not for media reports, Michael Flynn would still be National Security Advisor, AG Jeff Sessions would not be recused in Russia related investations, a Special Prosecutor appointed on the heels of a demonstrably false narrative being put forth by the administration for the unprecedented firing of the FBI director, or the President of the United States likely under investigation for obstruction of Justice. There's more, but isn't that enough for now?
Sorry you're tired of hearing about it, but that's not going to change the reality of above developments. If some of the folks under investigation start rolling over if looking at jail time, you might find yourself watching (or not watching as the case may be) boring impeachment hearings on C-SPAN or PBS.
We will see.
