54% on catch n shoot 3’s
If it works, why not? They're still trying to figure out rotations, and if it requires tinkering during the post season, so be it. As long as guys are playing their asses off and contributing.
The starting five with Hood is what I want to see, esp when Hill gets back. Thereafter, TT and Nance depending on matchup or effectiveness.
JR, Korver, Clarkson should all see time, again depending on matchup and how theyre shooting.
Im ok with Cedi and Zizic watching- they will both be pieces next year and going forward.
Typically yes. Not many teams ever had this much talent as this current team 3-11.Because in the playoffs with no back-to-backs and the ability to scheme and game plan for the same opponents for 2 weeks straight, depth is far less important.
Provided they can handle it stamina wise, you always want to extend your best player's minutes and have them on the court as much as possible in the playoffs. Rotations always shorten because "chill mode" goes away and everyone is playing harder. If everyone is playing hard, then you want your best guys to play more, not your 9th, 10th and 11th men.

If there's little difference between your 6-11 guys, then why not play them?
Old axioms do not have to hold true when current circumstances dictate a different scenario.
Jose will likely be buried when Hill comes back.
LBJ, Love, Hill, Green, Hood, Nance, Clarkson, JR, Korver, TT, Jose...
Jose likely will be out. Korver may see less minutes. Already down to 9.
We finally found our Kyrie replacement.
You're saying two different things here.
In one breath, you're suggesting that there's no difference between players 6 through 11 on the Cavs, so they should all play. Then in the next breath, you're saying 2 of the 11 guys will see their minutes cut... which is exactly the point I was making originally that you argued against.
Two things are true here.
1. Jose and Korver both deserve to play. They've both made positive impacts all year.
2. The Cavs will not be able to successfully play 11 players. They might *attempt* to do it, but it won't work.
My curiosity comes from which guys see their minutes reduced and which ones don't. My fear is that Calderon, Korver and Nance see their minutes reduced while JR and Tristan continue to play rotation minutes.
I'm really not, just giving different scenarios based off my opinion. If there are 11 that can and should play, play them- that's a general opinion.
Practically, Jose and Korver will likely have their minutes reduced. TT and Nance will vary depending on the matchup.
Its fluid. If you're a static guy, then you'll likely have an issue with this.
I hope Ante and Cedi are taking notes on how to handle the shit rotations/DNP CDs.Fucking love this guy. The dude comes through every time we call his number and never bitches about not playing. The man is a professional. I want to get this man a championship.
I think matchups determine when Jose plays. He is still good defensively on most guys, but some quick and or big guys should prob fall to Hill.
Also bring him in when the offense is stagnant. Any time that happens.
I agree on the matchup situation but fact is this team is at its best when Jose plays. Unless it is a terrible matchup I am starting Jose to insure we get off to a solid steady start to the game
Having Jose and Hill sharing time is a good situation to have
Yeah, Lonzo was funny for awhile but now he doesn't deserve to be in a title with the GOATThread title needs to be changed to "Papa de NBA"
