The cavs have to play defense to have a chance this year and they actually are doing it. Who the fuck would have thought
 
I have zero confidence this defense will last. Nate will adjust at half time and lue won’t have an answer. Luckily we have Lebron.

To me it seems that the only difference is ppl are playing individual defense harder and that the man farthest away from the ball is actually staying engaged
 
We ran this exact same defense against Indiana, Toronto, and Boston last year against PG, Derozan, and IT. It's great against the East.

The problem is it doesn't work against GSW.

That's boxscore fouls. Indiana has also gotten away with a ton of calls. They're playing way more aggressive physically so being up only one in fouls is definitely us getting fucked over.
