Round 2 - Game 4 | LeBronto Raptors @ Cleveland Cavaliers | May 7th, 2018 8:30 PM [EST]

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yep. The same Raptors ESPN just spent 6 months ball-gargling are now going to be unceremoniously trashed and destroyed and called garbage...and the Cavs 4th straight finals run will be attributed to a combo shitty teams+injuries.

(psst...Cavs in 6 against the Celtics healthy. And not a hard fought 6. An easy 6. Like the Toronto series 2 years ago. )
I hate to say it, but I even started to buy into the hype and get worried after how we struggled in the Pacers series. I thought we would win, but I expected a hard fought 6 game series. I certainly didn't expect an old fashioned beatdown. The East only looks like trash because LeBron and the Cavs are so dominate.

There was only one player for the Cavs with a negative +/- tonight.... Tristan freaking Kardashian.

Come on, there’s gotta be some posters on here with connections to Cleveland whores to get this dude a little strange before the next series... Anyone? Anyone?

Nance is too good for this.

It's really hard to play 2 "non spacing" bigs big minutes and Tristan has certainly earned the time.

I think Nance should play more too, but you cant really argue with the results right now. I think he'd have some more time if his jumper was a little more fine tuned/reliable.

He's certainly going to have a chance to step up as an x-factor at some point. It wont always be this easy and we will need somebody at some point in the finals that we haven't gotten much from to step up and have a big game. That's how you win titles, guys stepping up at the perfect time. I think Nance's time is still yet to come. Obviously it's so hard being a mid-season addition especially when you play a position with so much responsibility defensively and the playoffs are so physical...next year I think we'll see a LOT more from Nance if Bron stays. Training camp and an off-season with our doctors/trainers (I dont consider the Lakers a good organization in those areas anymore) would do him wonders.

But he is a guy that I think we can put out there against Draymond and/or Capella if we get to a point where one of those guys is giving us fits. And how he does in those situations could be the difference in a 4-5 game beatdown and a 6-7 game slugfest.

Ehh, that's just because he played the wrong minutes in garbage time, lol.

Thompson was great in game 7 and he was good this entire series when he got a chance to play. I trust Tristan, and if the Celtics finish off the 76ers I really think we should throw him out there to immediately take Horford out of his comfort zone.

Oh trust me, I’m more aboard the Tristan bandwagon than I’ve been all year. What he did in Game 7 vs the Pacers and Game 1 vs the Raptors regained my respect and then some...

Just looked pretty shaky tonight, hopefully it was just a bad night and not him drifting back into what he looked like during the season.

Great win tonight and great series but it sucks there is no real shot to beat GS even if we beat Boston.

It would have been pretty amazing to have seen what a GS vs Cavs could have become had they not felt like they had to go get Durant to beat LeBron and the Cavs. It is really sad you win 73 games get beat then have to go out and get the 2nd best player in the world to add to your already 3 all stars.

What kind of 4 year run could it have been ? GS wins in 2015, Cavs in 2016 then who in 2017 and 2018 ?

He played mostly without LBJ tonight as well. I wouldn't be worried about it. I think it was just a pretty easy game and Tristan was never needed and only his early minutes were even competitive. Wouldn't read into it at all. I think Tristans status is firm: we can still trust him in big spots.

I don't fucking know how Kevin is doing this with a torn thumb ligament.
The NBA doesn't drug test in the playoffs.

My guess:

Adderall and pain killers. The guy looks like a beast out there.
