So I didn't really follow the game as closely as I normally do, but the difference defensively is us basically not switching nearly as much and not giftwrapping the Celtics easy paint points and instead letting them earn them from the perimeter, especially off the dribble?

It was mindboggling and simply idiotic of us to switch the Morris/Smart PnRs. Same with Rozier to a lesser extent. They are not efficient shooters off the dribble.

It's not like we contested every shot behind the 3pt line and an open shot is still way more efficient than allowing a post up against Hill without help.

Oh yeah, and some King effort help too.

I'd give Cedi a chance to start the 4th quarter. I'd throw Hill and/or Jose in there and just run with a super pesky defensive minded line-up with Nance and Love as the bigs. I think that unit keeps the game 20+ easily. Boston cant come back if we make sure they cant score.

Why did he bring Lebron so early? milk in a few more minutes.

Only 3 minute of rest so far for Lebron in an absolute blowout. I really expect him to have much better rest in games like these. Basic.
