NBA Finals | Game 1 | Cavs @ Warriors | May 31, 2018 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yeah..that is the reason we lost...

You have to move beyond the refs, although it was ridiculous, but make no mistake, we still could’ve won, if it weren’t for love’s inability to defend, or lue’s inability to go back to what put us back into the game late in the fourth (no love).

Tim Legler just said the refs got the charge call right.

Sure could have used Wade tonight. But nooooo

Hell Rose or Jose would have been better than Clarkson. But noooo

The less said about the trades the better.

Jesus GOD please don’t bring up any trade talk. Next thing you know we’ll have cavsfever in here bitching about the Kyrie trade again

Is there a more classless team in the league than GS?
Fucking terrible smug shits all of them.

Would you ever see LeBron clapping in someone's face when the game is done and he gets a tech? These are the pompous smug millionaire assholes who root for this absolute bullshit team.

If there is some sort of...representation of modern america...it would be the team from the rust belt, the Cavs with a young kid born into poverty...and then these group of rich, spoiled assholes who were born into the lap of luxury and within a place that has routinely done the most scumbag things in american history (selling people's information, etc)

When JR got a rebound. There should been a shot attempt or a timeout should have been called.

You realize that Kevin Love himself put us back in the game late in the 4th with a 3 pointer when we were down 4 right?

Has anyone else ever seen a charge overturned by video replay for any other reason BESIDES the restricted area thing? I literally didn't even know that was possible...and it really shouldn't even be possible....the NBA doesnt want to replay judgment calls and then they replay, for the first time ever, the ultimate judgment call in the 4th qtr of the Finals game 1 where the Cavs just so happen to be up 2...and had a chance to go up 2 possessions (Bron MADE the next basket...did he not?)...

Just doesn't make any fucking sense to me. I swear I have never heard of that in my LIFE. Anyone else???

I can't ever remember seeing that before either. The retired ref on ABC said he'd uphold the call.

Just remembered Kyle Korver missed a tech ft.

Still...how does Lue not call for a timeout. smdh

That overturned charge call was... well, it was historically bad. There is no precedence for it. It’s never happened before that I’ve seen. The only thing I THOUGHT was reviewable was, is he in the restricted area or not.

Like any other foul call, it is subjective and not up for review outside of that. Durant barreled into LeBron, a call he’s been subjected to thousands of times in his career.. and it’s overturned.

And yet it was still somehow over turned. Series altering call.

League cannot explain that away. It’s unforgivable.

Lue needs to go on an "officiating" tirade or I don't think we show up for game 2.

Thompson set the tone by getting ejected. Lue needs to continue with it. Players will bring it
