NBA Finals | Game 1 | Cavs @ Warriors | May 31, 2018 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
So the NBA put an explanation about the rule and states the trigger for the call is the restricted area. They can change the charge/block while reviewing.

LBJ was NOWHERE near the restricted area so the “trigger” should have never been triggered.
This is the thing i dont get. The refs dont review every 3 point shot within 2 feet of the 3 point line, why was this reviewed? The dont review 3 point calls within 6 inches. So why in the flying fuck would anyone think about reviewing this?

If i was on the cavs i fly home. The end. If the nba is going to ignore its own rules what is tge point. Lets the players union demand answers

I’m going to write an email to the NBA tomorrow

It probably won’t do anything. And it won’t make me feel better. But I need them to know that I hate them
In 4 years ive written 15 emails asking for insight about certain calls, never recieved an answer.

Tonight 2 emails.

1) why was it overturned
2) why was it even reviewed

Man if i didn't follow this team religiously for the past 15 years from the other side of the world i'd switch this league off entirely, absolute farce, but i just could never do it.
Once LeBron retires I really don't think I'll watch anymore. Im already almost to that point. I watched all of the Cavs games this year, 0 non-Cavs games. The league's a joke.

I will probably get sucked into believing we can build some spurs like culture as a small market squad but be seriously disapointed until i die

Lue needs to go on an "officiating" tirade or I don't think we show up for game 2.

Thompson set the tone by getting ejected. Lue needs to continue with it. Players will bring it
Tony "Phucking" Brothers..................

Fucking robbery. Iguodala will be back soon, and Klay didn't tear his ACL. All bad things

I pull for the Cavs because they're a team that I grew up with.

The league is a joke. The talent is good, but the politics involved in it (read: Not "left v. right", but having to beg for calls) makes for a bad watch.

College Football, IndyCar, World of Outlaws are far better products for me to spend my time, money and effort on.

Again, I watch and support the Cavs, LeBron out of respect. If there was a way I could "tip" LeBron directly rather than have to even touch the league's hand? I would.

Forget the JR issue, and refs for a bit.

Outside of Bron, we shot 25-67 (37%) and 7-30 (23%) from 3. LeBron masked ALL the flaws in game 1.

Gotta give props though for Bron not throwing JR under the bus. You owe us JR, come through.

The charge call wasn't the only bad call. They call to fouls on Hill when he never touched Durant. Then there was two non calls Lebron got foul. The league is a joke. These refs were bailing out Durant the whole game.

I have a feeling the refs are going to take a beating over the next two days and Sunday's game refs are going to be very careful to not screw over the Cavs. I've never seen national announcers so frequently questioning calls and non-calls (almost all against the Cavs) before. And the charge reversal was criminsl.
Yea this happened in 2015 and we expected a gimme and did not fucking get it.

Do not hold your breath.
