Welcome 8th Pick from Brooklyn

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Meaningless poll, but lets play....where will the pick end up after the lottery?

Cavs seem to hate centers and so does Lue. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they passed. God bamba is a more athletic Gobert with better hands. I would be pissed if he fell and they didn't snatch him up.

He has elite defensive capability and will be able to shoot threes. Put a little weight on him and you likely have an all star.
I just don’t see him being on the board though at 8.

I don't either. Seems hard to believe he would slip so far. Someone has to though. 9 players are being hyped a lot. Porter, Carter or Bamba will be there. Young too I suppose

I’d me fine with Carter or Porter falling to 8. Carter should be a solid pro at the very least.
Porter more of a risk/reward scenario.

Élie Okobo has been an intriguing emerging guy as some people have gotten luke arm on this lead guard crop. He seems to have some buzz building mid 1st.

I would suspect he'd be a top 10 player if he were a little younger (21 this fall) but there is a lot to like on his tape. He just looks like an NBA guard executing the P&R and his pull up game off the dribble is ready made for the league.

One reason I wish the Cavs had another first round pick

I think you draft Porter there and you keep working him out over the summer and you trade him if you think he won't pan out as a star. Supposed to be high on some draft boards, so you could get something good with him. I think we will be shocked to see who falls into our laps, and then the Cavs will reach on a bust lol.

I think we have the same top seven. I will sweat if it's down to Trae Young or Mikal Bridges at eight because Porter and Carter are off the board.

Kevin Huerter, a knock down 3pt shooter has just gone through hand surgery. Will be out for 2 months.

I really, really hope he doesn't slide to the Warriors or the Celtics now. Please go ahead of them. I will also be fucking disappointed if he is there at 25 where we were supposed to pick.

Yeah it's why I was with you on being pissed about including that first round pick in that Laker deal. It's water under the bridge but for our situation every asset counts big time.

Will be really annoying if some quality pieces are still sitting there late in the first round.

I hope he had a promise and agreed with the team to undergo the surgery. Hopefully not a promise from the Warriors and the Celtics though.

Draft Predictions:-

1. Phoenix Suns:- DeAndre Ayton.
2. Sacramento Kings:- Marvin Bagley III.
3. Atlanta Hawks:- Luka Dončić.
4. Memphis Grizzlies:- Michael Porter Jr.
5. Dallas Mavericks:- Jaren Jackson Jr.
6. Orlando Magic:- Trae Young.
7. Chicago Bulls:- Mo Bamba.
8. Cleveland Cavaliers:- Collin Sexton.
9. New York Knicks:- Wendell Carter Jr.
10. Philadelphia 76ers:- Mikal Bridges.

I feel like ultimately it comes down to Sexton and WCJ as well... The other 7 will probably go in some form or fashion before our pick
