If Indians have to play the Yankees, I want them in a 7 game series rather an 5 game series. That damn murderers row bullpen could get figured out as wear and tear of a 7 game series goes on.
 
Lynn hasn't pitched well this year but does have a 1.23 ERA in 26 IP vs. the Indians, Red Sox, and Astros
 
Well he can play CF, has some speed, and walks at an OK rate. Would be a slight upgrade, maybe?
 
We can do better. But I guess he’d be ok depth if we don’t do anything else.

With the OF's that are left at this point, he is high on my list. We can't count on any contribution from Zimmer next year so would like to get more than a rental for CF.

I'm not a big Salazar fan-- he's a guy whose immaturity has kinda led to his downfall.

But, with our pending FA's and OF situation, this offseason is probably as good of a time as any to dip into the pitching well and get a really really good bat (preferably controlled).
