Josh Gordon discussion

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Maybe he doesn't know the full playbook yet since he was away from the team and they're thus limiting his snaps to the plays he has down?

Hard Knocks showed him checking out the playbook on a tablet, giggling and saying it was nothing new and he's ready to go. We'll see what Haley has to say about that. By the way, I'm shocked at how much I like Todd Haley, future Cleveland Brown head coach.

Glad I’m not the only one thinking Haley is the plan going forward.

With the consensus being that Hue will likely be canned before the season's end barring his "greastest sport comeback in history," Gregg Williams was the obvious interim head coach pick until Haley was hired. Now we have a choice. Williams' hardass routine is wearing on me, but his defenses usually peak in his 2nd season. That could give him an edge. I've always hated Haley with other teams, but since Hard Knocks, I've done a 180. Still, our offense has looked like shit in games, so far. So, I'll hope for the Hue miracle, but expect a new coach by week 17. And I predict we keep our coordinators where they are and play our finale under new interim head coach BOB WYLIE!

I almost dropped him from my fantasy team this week but decided not to yet. Now I have to decide if i should play him this week...

I think next week would be the week he'll begin to get more reps.

Though it will be interesting with Edleman back as well.

I would absolutely not play him this week, because we have no idea if he's going to get more than a couple of reps, but I definitely wouldn't drop him either. While there's not a great history of WRs being traded after camp and producing that year, Gordon's somewhat of an outlier in that he doesn't really need to run a complicated route tree to produce in fantasy.

I'd hold him for at least a few weeks and see how the Pats use him. If holding him would hurt you in the short-term (shallow rosters, injuries, whatever), maybe explore a trade? You might find someone willing to overpay now that he's on the Pats, even without any film to see how they use him.

I think it's hilarious the Browns sent him to the one place he would have no chance to ever wear the number 12 jersey. (Gordon has a massive 12 tattoo on his back)

Yo this shit is actually funny for real lolololololol

As a human being I wish nothing but the best for Josh, and I hope he can succeed in his mental well being as well as being able to get out of debt and find financial security in some form.

As a football fan and a Browns fan I hope he fails miserably. Josh Gordon did nothing BUT totally fuck this team, and by extension all Browns fans, over with his bullshit. Fuck this guy.
