It's that time of year again.

1) Carlos Santana leads the team in home runs and smokes a career high 39 bombs.
2) Shane Bieber takes over the mantle of Tribe Ace and leads the team in wins, ERA, and WHIP, while also finishing second in Cy Young voting.
3) Francisco Lindor has an off year, with a sub-.250 batting average and leaves the Indians front office wondering if they actually can afford him going forward.
4) Jake Bauers takes the American League by storm, with a .282 BA, 27 HR, 91 RBIs, and an amazing cannon out in the corner outfield for the Tribe.
5) The Cleveland Indians win the World Series. With the best rotation in starting baseball, an offense led by the likes of Jose Ramirez, Francisco Lindor, Jake Bauers, Carlos Santana, Jason Kipnis, and others, the Indians dominate the American League and take down the Philadelphia Phillies in 5 games to win their first World Series title since 1948.

2. kipnis can't stay healthy. hence why #1 is needed.
3. with Ramirez at 2b he is calmer and more focused at the plate. driving force in the offense during the playoffs
4. salazar becomes the set up man to brad hand. stabilizing a bullpen that struggles out of the gate.
5. dolans put the team up for sale after just missing the world series. leading to lindor signing extension with the new owners I n place

3. Clevinger wins 18 games.

5. Lindor hits 45 hr.

1. Bauer, Carrasco, and Clevinger finish the season with a lower ERA than Kluber

4. Hanley Ramirez is not on the roster by July

A lot of these aren’t bold (including mine). We all already know Kluber is not our best pitcher anymore.

1. We will trade Bauer.
2. Roberto hits sub .200
3. Salazar expirement will finally end after he once again shows he has no control of his pitches and/or gets/remains hurt.
4. Bauers sucks. Greg Allen becomes everyday LF.
5. Jose learns English.

2. Indians win the World Series when Perez executes a perfect suicide squeeze bunt in the bottom of the 9th of game 7 against Andrew Miller and defeat the Cardinals.
3. Trevor Bauer returns to his +4.3ERA but wins 30 games and has 300 SO's. Also, gets a hit during the World Series and uses that in his arbitration hearing next year.
4. Corey Kluber has an off year and practices during the off season throwing baseballs at local coyotes around his home. Wins Cy Young in 2020.

Whats with the sad/depressive bold predictions?

1. 1 of the current starting rotation will make less than 20 starts in an Indians uniform. This could be due to an injury or a trade.

2. The Indians opening postseason lineup will include 5 different players than today's does.

3. Lindor will finish top 3 in AL MVP voting and prove to be easily the most valuable infielder in baseball.

4. Carlos Santana's 2019 season will be worse than Edwin Encarnacion's 2018 season, strictly offensively speaking.

5. The Indians will go to the world series, and will win it based on a controversial call made in at least 1 game.

5a: The Indians and Lindor will agree on a 4 year contract extension worth 140 million dollars.

1. Oscar Mercado will be the every day CF and be extremely good at it by the end of the season.

2. Jake Bauers hits/OPS around 800 and makes a significant impact on the team.

3. Lindor wins the MVP

4. Bieber finishes in top 5 of Cy Young voting

5. Brad Hand has 50 saves.
