Tyreke Evans...oof.

A relevant trip down memory lane, on that note:

I know, I know, it's a Warriors writer, but probably the least bad/most even-handed one.

Interesting to see that Flynn actually wasn't considered that bad.

Pringles and the Rockets struggling to come to terms on new deal.

Looks like Tillman and Morey are serious about majorly shaking up the team.

Hey guys, remember all the MPJ fans during the 2018 draft?

Here is an example of why you don't take people with back problems.

Explains his weird upright posture that never looked quite right.

I don't mind taking guys that need development/improvement in terms of basketball skills. I'm just really leery of guys who have issues aside from pure talent that keep them away from a basketball court. Whether it is medical or attitude/behavior, I'd rather just go in a different direction.

I got the Raptors winning again tonight.

They had some silly fouls on Curry when he was jump shooting.

They had an above average performance but they really are a high IQ b-ball team.

Warriors 9-2 in 1st half after loss, so wouldn’t be surprised to see them win the 1st half or whole game given their talent but Raptors have really looked locked in on defense.

Too much FA talk right now given the fact that the NBA finals is so fun.

Griff apparently now listening to offers for Anthony Davis. Clearly wasn't able to convince Rich Paul.

Over/Under of Rich Paul being of the league as an agent within 5 years of LBJ retiring?

Can't tell if this is good or bad for us

Just read where Grif loves Ingram and some in the Pels org loved the Lakers trade offer in Feb. So....thats all i needed to read. Davis will be a Laker and Lebron and Espn will get the LA superteam. That 4 pick the Lakers somehow mysteriously got will be part of it to. The whole thing disgusts me. Ill be so glad when Lebron is irrelavant and his superteam madness comes to an end. Its ruined the game.

What point in NBA history did superteams not exist?

Players in the 80s and 90s didnt plot and scheme all through the season to all join up like this. Larry Bird wasnt figuring out ways to go join Magic Johnson the summer after the Lakers beat the Celtics. Jordan never wanted to team up with Isaiah and say Ewing to form some superteam. Yes, there were teams that were great and loaded with talent but the way they were formed wasnt anything like this.

Ingram is real risky to take as a player with that blood clot issue. I really think the AD trade depends on what the Knicks put on the table. Dennis Smith Jr, Knox, Mitchell Robinson, and #3 would be better than any package the Lakers put up.

I hope you are right. My thing with the Knicks though is dont they want KD? Are we talking them getting KD and AD?

The rumors is they want KD and whoever he can bring in free agency with him. Trading for AD is the 3rd part to all of that.

There were rumors that Kyrie would join KD but now people are saying Kyrie is going to the Nets. Maybe he is trying to convince KD to come with him to the Nets.

My guess is the Knicks will try to get AD without gutting their group of young players completely and then try to sign 2 other max free agents. I could see the Knicks also trying to trade for another All-Star even if they don't get AD. They want that all-star in place to help with getting the two max free agents they have cap space for. Draft picks and keeping some of their young players just makes them more attractive. So I wouldn't rule out them trading down then using part of the package to get an all-star like Kevin Love.

Agree, the "there were always superteams" argument ignores the matter of degree.

The possibility of a non-superteam doing much has gradually diminished, as well. The 03-04 Pistons winning in this day and age would be unthinkable, for instance.
