2019 Training Camp

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just 2, issue is for some reason Freddie thinks both guards should be able to block. Apparently we only had 1 of those.
Do the Cabs actually have some good bodies(I mean good players...knowing how you are..) to come to camp?

We knew once Garland came into the mix, that we would be running a small backcourt. For the flaws & complaints of Sexton, its clear he works hard on improving & can play in this league. He shot way too well as the primary ball handler to put on the bench.

Gotta find a way to move Clarkson or Knight ASAP.

Yeah I feel for Knight as he is trying to resurrect his career, but there is just no spot for him right now. Clarkson might be even worse because he requires such a high usage. I do wonder what he will do in Beilein's system though. If he doesn't just break off plays he might have another career year.
Man, Clarkson shitting the bed in the playoffs has made everyone doubt his good play during the year. That is going to haunt him until he goes to the playoffs and proves everyone wrong.

This the best I have seen about all the pre camp workouts. Nice to hear Garland looks good and he and Sexton have been attacking together. Not sure I like Henson starting

If Henson comes out and is knocking down 3s and/or blocking shots, he might be the most tradable of the centers. The Cavs pretty much know TTs trade value. They can put TT and his trade value on the back burner till Henson is moved.

It might also be best for Nance to play backup PF behind Love to work on his game until TT and Henson are traded away. That way Nance can play both PF and Center better in a rotation with Love and Zizic in the second half of the season and maybe beyond.

I'd be happy if it went like this

Remember when people would follow Media Day and post about as it happened, even with the crappy one last year?
Not much new info this time.
This was funny though

Also, I didn't realize the deadline for an extension with Cedi was so soon (Oct 21) .

At this stage in the rebuild, the roster is bad, bad and more bad. It doesn't fit together and pieces are left off the chess board.

I'm quietly looking forward to the season. I enjoy bb and it gives me something else to follow thru the long boring winters.
Looking to see what we got with Garland, Porter, & Windler. New coaches and all, who knows. Can't be as unwatchable as last year I hope.

Guys....remember that 25 wins this year is a great season. Enjoy the process and seeing the young guys learn the game. We will see some big moments, a lot of bad moments, and few wins. Just keep expectations very low....top 5 worst teams in the league low. But be thankful we aren't in year 1 of the rebuild anymore.

Maybe I have high expectations but I actually think the Cavs could have a decent season this season. Not get into the playoffs and make noise, but be in the race towards the end of the season. We may not have a lot of star power but if we stay healthy, we have a nice deep team.

I see a 30-35 win season if they can stay healthy. More important than wins is getting the young guys valuable playing time so they can learn the speed of the game without the pressure of making the playoffs.

25 wins seems like a bunch of stuff went wrong. The defense barely improved and Kevin Love sat out most games again while the rookies contributed nothing. There were more than 6 games that were pretty close that the young guys blew last year and would have won had Love been there.

I think you are underestimating how hard it is to win. Especially when we will be doing a shadow tank.
