Fantasy Football 2019

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I think I’m illiterate, I only saw the first ine

I actually like the receiver of Boyd and Breida intrade 2

It seems like a fair trade but the reality is that I had such depth in WR and RB that I wasn't using Breida or Boyd at all.

So I am willing to lose points on the balance because I wasn't using those guys anyway.

What I needed were more starters with high floors because I keep losing with feast and famine guys going off in staggered fashion to where I might get 25 points from Evans but 3 from Lindsey.

Boyd makes a good Flex but so does Golladay so I could afford to trade one.

I am actually surprised that he didn't ask for Mack and I would have done it.

I love starting that 3 headed monster of RBs. I honestly think Kerryon’s best games are ahead of him so it’d be hard for me to give him up

Another question in another league. 1 point per 30 passing yards and 6 point passing touchdowns

Cousins
Goff
Allen

Leaning Allen because LOLphins. I honestly don’t trust Goff at all at this point.
Picked the worst of the 3 and it cost me the week

man sometimes I hate fantasy

Honestly if we want RBF to actually be successful and if we want the fantasy section to be any part of it the activity level needs to greatly increase. I’ve been prodding both this section and the Browns section because the activity level is no where near what it needs to be as a stand-alone forum.

Does it make sense to bring some of the fantasy threads into the regular Browns section?

The Cardinals are reportedly bringing in other running backs.

Given what happened yesterday, and Chase Edmonds’ increased workload the past few weeks, I’m starting to get a bit nervous about David Johnson...

Patriots Trade a 2nd rounder to the Falcons for Mohamed Sanu...just in time to face the Browns next week!

Hot damn, an over-pay.

But, I think they figure this may be their last hurrah as time is now catching up with Brady.

They are all-in this year.

So how much is everyone planning to spend on Ty Johnson
You a Kerryon owner or someone who desperately needs a RB?

Currently not in a FAAB league, but I’d consider spending a decent amount on him in my one league. Had Kerryon and only have Michel and Ronald Jones basically.

Kerryon owner in 2 leagues, immensely desperate for a back in another (Chubb, Montgomery, Drake)

Its hard to keep trotting Montgomery out there

I've already put waiver claims in both leagues for him. We'll see if anyone else is paying attention (sadly, I'm near the bottom of the waiver order in both, thanks to the inverted standings rule).

Would anyone here be interested in starting up a pay dynasty league next year that uses salary caps? I'm in another dynasty league like that, a free one, and it's a lot of fun, but I'd pay a lot more attention to it if there were money on the line.

This league has a 200 dollar cap and you do an auction draft every year. After the draft, you can sign players from 1-4 year deals at the price you won them for in the auction. If you cut a player under contract, you incur a penalty of 1/3 of their salary over the course of the contract rounded down (so if you bid ten bucks on a guy for three years and cut him after year one, you'd lose three dollars from your cap the next two years).

I think it's a really fun set-up, although I am open to tweaking the rules (I think five year deals would be a little better, for example). Just wanted to gauge interest. The draft wouldn't be until next year, obviously, but no harm in getting the ball rolling early.

Being in second sucks.
