Sexton is young and learning but I can’t deny that playing with bigs like Nance, and TT for so many mins hurts him. He drive a lot and TT sometimes is sitting right in the paint taking up space like he expects a pass or something.

I've noticed when Sexton and Garland are on the court together, Sexton very rarely passes the ball to Garland.

It almost looks like he's freezing out the rookie and wants to make sure he's the playmaker, not Garland. But honestly, I could be misreading things and it may just be a matter of Sexton not having great court vision.

Don't know if it's intentional or not, but Garland is being missed a shit ton on the wing when he is wiiide open. It's not just him, it's Cedi too.
We need to get him easy 3pt looks...as it looks it doesn't happen oragnically even if he is wide open, an it happens alot. So we need to actively look for him via offensive sets that get him open; I'd like to see pin downs, flare screens, flare slips, stagger screens, etc, with him being the designated shooter, and Love/Cedi being the screeners. It should be very hard to guard with both Cedi/Love being capable slippers. Heck, even Sexton can screen because he is such an explosive cutter.

I'd also like this team to run more in transition and use early pin downs again with Garland and Love. We need to run more sets.

This team needs to add an athletic wing, above the the rim finisher who is a good shooter via the draft. This team will need to have an Igoudala type, preferably one who can shoot though.

I don't believe in this backcourt. If Windler pans out i'd like to see Garland, Winder, Big wings/Anthony Edwards/Porter Jr, Kevin Love/Stretch 4, Rim runner/shot blocker via (draft,FA?)

Sexton,Cedi, Porter Jr(???),x,x off the bench.

I've always questioned if it's a good idea to send Sexton to come off the bench. He has show the ability to score at a fairly high level and he will continue to improve. Ultimately he and his people won't be happy with him coming off the bench especially since he has been a starter. Or when he gets to free agency someone will pay him starter money and a starting spot to sign a offer sheet.

I think when you demote someone from a starter, it's risky especially someone who might be one of your top 2 or 3 scorers. I think staggering him and Garland while maintaining their status as starters in minutes and name is a much better option. It's just much better for the long term relationship between Sexton and the organization.

I want zero part of Edwards. We don't need another ball dominant scorer next to Garland. I want Wiseman or Stewart. We need bigs desperately. Wiseman is a special talent.

How do you know that?

From what I've seen through HS Wiseman has been very good. Still has to prove it at the college level which I'm aware of. But he makes a hell of a lot more sense then another ball dominant scoring guard.

Wiseman has more to prove than Edwards. He is an physical specimen, but nothing really stands out offensively skillset wise.

Edwards has a chance to be the BPA by a long shot. What if if that's the case?

Anyways, we will see how it unfolds.

He’s been really comfortable offensively as the off-guard. He struggles more when he has to facilitate and worry about scoring.

I’m on the Edwards train early along with Wiseman. Those are my two favorite prospects right now. Edwards is a bulldog and I believe we need a big like Wiseman. You can mold his offensive skillset

I think sometimes people forget these are teenagers barely hitting their potential.

Keys, that mentally tough part was really evident tonight. Collin personally took the challenge to guard Kemba and did great.

Amazing effort at the end of the game. Kid is clutch. Still mistakes of course, but he is tough as nails. Great game under tough defense. At times he was unstoppable

He had a great game, thought he was getting a bit too much praise for his performances but today he was great

Not sure why some are always down on him. He is tough as hell. Durable. Not s lockerroom cancer. Can shoot. Can drive to the hoop. Puts effort on d. And is still 21. Oh and only the 8 pick in the draft. For sure there are facets he needs to work on and i am sure he will

This. I love watching this kid play, and he just seems to keep getting better and better.

What I like is he figures out what he can get all game, then he does that at the end of the game. He's pretty deadly as a scorer.

Those defensive possessions against Kemba were awesome. Made some great plays. Sent that 3 to Cedi. He kept the Cavs in it
