That's the problem with this team. The defense is so bad that it leads to questionable decisions on the offense. I don't think today's offensive game plan was bad. The defense just makes it look that bad because they can't get a stop so the offense has to carry a larger load.

When Chubb averages 7 yards per carry in the first half and only has 9 carries, the game plan isn’t good.
 
Browns don’t have a pass rusher on the roster. They’ve all been traded, cut, injured or suspended

They ran a play short of the marker on 3rd down and didn't go for it on 4th down.

The importance of establishing the run early is just such an obvious way to build the game plan... and I rarely remember when Kitchens has bothered with it.
