2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Lamar Jackson: A usurper. The James Harden of the NFL.

This Ravens loss is the tastiest non-Cleveland sporting event in quite some time.

The way the media was going over-the-top to anoint Lamar...man. So tasty.
I had a big parlay, was a Ravens and Chiefs win away from some big money. I ain’t mad!

Herp derp not bad for a wide receiver.

So just for the record, the Browns lost to:

Titans, Ravens, Seahawks, Niners, Patriots, Steelers, Cards, Bengals, Broncos, Rams

Titans, Ravens, Seahawks, Niners and Pats are all playoff teams. Steelers, Rams and Broncos were close to the playoffs. The team had fully collapsed when they got to the Cards who were pretty scrappy and the Bengals who are not.

Makes you think that with a good coach, better prep and better QB play they’re not so far away. Easy from down here to say that in an organization with terrible culture that a “good coach” is going to happen over night.

I guess it's fashionable to be dunking on Lamar this morning as long as it makes us feel better about Baker.

But he just turned 23, is already the cream of the QB crop in the AFC North, and is likely to only get better.

It’s almost like browns are such a terribly run organization, the only joy we’re allowed is watching rivals lose.

He's already won one regular-season Super Bowl, and I'm sure he'll win many more before it's all said and done.

Realistically, he's probably not going to be as good next year as he was this year simply because guys who have historic seasons rarely repeat them the following season. He's a definite regression candidate simply because of how good he was this year.

Just look at Mahomes. He had an all time great season last year. This year he was still really good but he didn't come anywhere close to his production from last season.

If you can’t cheer for a winning team... cheer against them!
