Not a ton to unpack here but he at least seems like a pretty calm dude in practice.

Mods, if this is a repost, feel free to remove but don't remember seeing it and I know people are probably looking for stuff out there on the coach-player relationship side of things.

I smell a coach being fired in 2 years.

Just his name. Sounds like a coach being fired by the browns.

His face.

His previous experience. All stinks and reeks of a soon to be browns termination.

I hate this team.

I'm confused... Is this supposed to be dysfunctional or something?

Not to be overly redundant but Jesus Christ... If you're going to be critical of the Haslams, there is plenty to choose from. Letting your personal biases dictate misinformation campaigns or infusing a negative spin into what seems to have been a largely benign process is a dangerous precedent.

Wish I could say Dustin is better than that but... he's not.

Dustin is acting as nothing more than McDaniels' "Mike Silver" right now and it's rather embarrassing.

Okay, I'm going to give credit where credit is due -- "Kevin Stefanski" does indeed sound like the name of a Browns ex-coach. But we can always hope.

Dustin your guy came in and demanded to choose not only his GM but pretty much everyone else in the organization below the rank of owner. And you think it's dysfunctional for the search committee to consider which coach/GM pairings could work well together?
