I wonder if the misspelling of "digs" to "diggs" is intentional for the coach coming here from Minnesota...
We might learn some things towards the end of April. The puff pieces are all nice. But I don't think we're really going to know anything truly important until next September.
Browns fans: "Yeah, I'm done getting excited for a coach in the offseason. Winning a press conference doesn't mean shit. Let's see results first."
*10 minutes later Stefanski says 'let's get to work'*
Browns fans: "Holy fucking shit. That's my coach!!! #GETSUS #LFG #SuperBowl"
I'm looking forward to people getting upset when he's calm on the sidelines. "I WANT MY COACH TO BE FIRED UP! HE HAS TO THROW A TANTRUM FOR THE CAMERA IN ORDER FOR ME TO FEEL VALIDATED!"Looking forward to the pressure to gauge his "Gets Us" rating

I actually think that the ability to be a fiery "motivator" is one of the least important attributes for an NFL head coach. That kind of adrenaline rush lasts for a few snaps, and that's it. And it can come from position coaches/coordinators just as easily during games.
It's much less important than being able to manage/select/direct the subordinate coaches, listen to and know when to follow/discard advice, effectively counsel players who are having issues, and having an insightful, and hopefully somewhat innovative understanding of the technical aspects of the game.
Kind of reminds me of when someone posted that clip of Rivera giving an awesome halftime speech to fire up the troops and then someone else looked that game up and it turned out the Panthers ended up losing it.
