Hassan Whiteside, baby. Dec. 21 vs. Minnesota - 16 points, 22 rebounds, 7 blocks. He's averaging 3.6 blocks per game in December.

He's a free agent after the season. Use the expiring contracts of TT, Knight and Delly (combined $44 million) to sign Whiteside and Henson. If we don't trade Love we can let Henson go as well, adding another $8.7 million to put the final total of expiring contracts at about $53 million. We picked up the $9 million contract of Exum so call it $44 million. That should be enough to get Whiteside and we would still have Love and Nance at PF.
Oh lord...

Cedi played his ass off tonight. Scored well. Got lost on defense tho. I hope he can keep this play up.

He forced it a little, but he looks good when he is aggressive. He looked really nice in stretches. I think tightening the handle would do so much for him

He just gets abused as a 4 on defense. He really can't do it.

He might have to get used to playing the 4 a lot more this year,,they may not have any choice but to move on from Loove at this point.
Cedi almost up to 40% on his three ball this year.

His handles is the only issue I have with him...Sometimes, it looks like the ball is getting away from him every time he has it in his hands...

Him,Sexton and Garland played well tonight.

He has no consistency and he’s a poor defender. He’s a bench player playing starter minutes. He was having a good month up until today though.

It seems to.me that his game suffers in certain line ups. He is less involved with Sexton on the floor, and more involved when Nance is around..

Got taken out after 21 totally ineffective minutes last night. The Cavs were -24 when he was on the floor. I wonder if he was playing sick. He sure looked it.

I'm looking for him to bounce back against the Bulls tonight after possibly his worst game of the year. Too bad because we only lost by four points. A normal game from Cedi and we win fairly easily.

Yeah, he’s pretty much a below average NBA player. I’m surprised people actually expected this to be any different. We will be here 3 years from saying the same about Windler. This forum puts way too much hype on these guys.

I think our evaluations of Cedi has typically been along the same lines, but there's nothing wrong with being optimistic about our guys. That's part of the fun.

Ex. If Windler or Porter Jr. can even be solid rotation guys, I'll be very pleased with how those picks turned out. However, there's nothing wrong with fans hoping these guys can be more than that.

Cedi had a bad game but had been playing well lately, last 10 games 14pts, 4reb, 49%fg, 43%3pt. I never judge a player based on a game or two, big picture he is a solid NBA role player, he could easily be the 5th starter on quite a few current playoff teams.

Yeah, Cedi isn't a world beater and we pretty much know what we've got with him at this point.

Solid playmaker but he really can't dribble, relatively solid BBIQ but he's not a great athlete, pretty good three point shooter but he's inconsistent night to night.

Still though, 10.5 PER, 0.8 WS, 0.1 VORP... he's not terrible. He's not great either, but he plays with a lot of heart. Perfect third/fourth wing on a good team. He'd thrive in a really good system I believe. Plenty of worse wings getting consistent minutes than him.
