BROWNS OFF-SEASON 2020

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Personally, I'm fine with letting Wills sit and learn for half a season. Heck, I would be okay with Wills playing RG for a year before taking over LT.
If anyone is going to know Peters, I’d say AB has an idea. The lack on interest is telling. We have money to burn and a need.

Sorry, but there is no "money to burn" in the NFL or else these veterans with starting experience would have been offered and accepted non-guaranteed deals by now. The NFL is worried about the financial impact of Covid-19 just like every other professional league right now. They are worried about a shrinking cap in 2021 and beyond.

Peters still tested out as one of the better left tackles in the game last year, and the Browns front office has called Will's the left side starter over and over again since he was drafted. I believe Peters is staying in shape and waiting for a team in need to raise their bid... and it won't be the Browns. They just don't have a need at tackle.

no way. He needs reps. None of this sit and learn BS. He’s not a developing QB or WR. Offensive lineman can start from day one.

As others have said, I’d be thrilled if Peters was willing to come here at a reasonable price. I just don’t see it though.

In no situation does it make any sense to draft a tackle at 10 and then go sign a 38-year-old LT to start. If you feel the need to sign Peters as a starter, you probably should’ve spent #10 on a different player.

About the only time it would make sense is if Peters was already on the team and maybe in the last year of his deal/going to be cut the following year.

I don't think they're going to do it, but if the Browns did sign Jason Peters it would probably mean Jedrick Wills would be the starting RG for 2020.

The guy was a top 10 pick. Learning curve or not, he's starting somewhere on the offensive line in 2020.

Andrew berry and his whole 1 year he spent in Philly

But it was the entirety of last year, which also was Peters last year in Philly. In terms of knowing how well Peters performed last year, and how much he has in the tank, last year is all that matters.

Didn’t know where to post this but pretty fucking vile.

fuck Tonkin and the Steelers. This should be a LONG ban that will likely get brushed off as nothing.
They were the biggest pile of cheap shot artists out there and never got a thing for it.
Bitches

Why mo mass of all players? He was garbage. It would probably be better to have him on the field.
