Favorite player on the Indians, that actually sucked?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Michael Bourn. Had some really good years before coming to the Indians. I was pretty excited when they they signed him but he was ass-tastic here.

Kazuhito Tadano
Who the fuk???
Japanese pitcher who was a top talent there but went undrafted in Japan due to bigotry. Indians took a chance, and at first it looked like they had a steal but he just couldn't get big league hitters out. I think him and Lord Mar had the same profession when they were both amateurs.

Not bad. But my post is 10/10.

I once was able to track this down to the specific game, but I can’t do it anymore. I once started a “Shoo-ey” chant in the right field stands. It was either 94 or 95 when I was 11-12 year old kid.

It was mostly out of sarcasm and because I thought he had a funny name but it caught and lasted for an out or so.

I tried to tell him about it and he asked me to leave his bathroom stall.

How is Cory Snyder seen in the annals of history? I started watching when it was him, Joe Carter, Alomar, Omar Vizquel era.

Great golf swing. Problem was he played baseball. I never saw anyone who so consistently swung at the same pitch out of the strike zone.

I was a huge Alex Cole fan.

For those that don't know, he was supposed to be Kenny Lofton but couldn't hit at all... then the Indians promoted the real Kenny Lofton to the big leagues. I think he ended up bouncing around the league as a defensive specialist who stole bases.

Didn't we move the fences back one year just for him, because he a going to be the engine of the offense? As I recall, that little experiment didn't end too well.

Yes, the Indians of the John McNamara era were trying to hide the awfulness and came up with a brilliant plan. They were still in Cleveland Municipal Stadium with a seating capacity of around 80,000 people and usually sold about 2,000 tickets. So they moved the outfield back and tried to build around defensive players. End result? We still sucked. Luckily, Jacob's Field was on its way.

I remember my dad buying decent seats and us being able to get pretty much whatever we wanted by the end of the games at the muni.

Also remember the piss troughs. Terrifying spectacle for a young boy.
