BROWNS OFF-SEASON 2020

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He's not? I mean, the mere fact that you say it at all suggests you're not quite thinking straight.

If Tomlin denies it, and Harrison says "I was just messing around", this will go nowhere. And I think that's the most likely result. Alternatively....paying a guy's fine after the fact isn't quite the same thing as putting out a bounty ahead of time.

It's not the same, but I think it sends a far worse message, particularly for a guy with a bad reputation that the league is trying to bring in line via fines that were supposed to affect his pocket book.

Princeton guy.

I wonder if they throw all the non Ivy League guys applications away before an interview.

Berry "So I see you went to Purdue"

Applicant "Yes I did, proud Boilermaker sir"

Berry "Yeah, I think you are more of a Bengal's guy, I will pass your application on to them"

I can't see Mike Brown spending an extra nickel to help out his front office.
Chicago is closer (then Cinci) to Purdue so I edited them as the possible landing spot.

This is ridiculous

Just absolutely idiotic. Just hire a black GM in name only that has no real power to game the sytem to get extra picks and therefore hurting legit canidates. I doubt you could get away with this but who knows what people will try to game an extra draft pick. Just looks like a bad look and how is this coming out just now is sort of crazy.

I think it actually might be illegal. It's a clear racial preference in hiring. In essence, it is penalizing teams who hire someone white by reducing their relative draft position. You can't do that.
