I'm really interested in seeing what Manfred does here. I think you pause on Phillies and Marlins games for the next 4-5 days so you can get a clear picture of how many Marlins are infected, and if it spread to the Phillies. The incubation period for this virus really makes this complicated - negative Phillies tests today after only 2 incubation days doesn't mean much. No negative tests on Thursday or Friday would be much more telling.

Crossing your fingers that no more Marlins will test positive and no Phillies players will test positive seems like an unnecessary risk this early. Better to pause and see how this pans out between two teams rather than continuing and potentially wrapping the Yankees and Orioles (and even the Nationals/Blue Jays) into this experiment.
These should answer it

Looks like the MLB is handling it pretty deftly

With each new COVID19 revelation, the odds to finish the season continues to diminish.
I still have 100% they finish and 85% they get the playoffs in also.

The biggest development that scares me so far is

Rick Renteria (White Sox manager) having symptoms that they suspect are COVID. The optics of one of the higher profile commonly known managers/coaches in an ICU bed fighting for his life, would be beyond the limit I think MLB would be willing to play through.

Agree on Renteria, which is why I am so concerned about managers with underlying health concerns like Tito and Dave Martinez. Jup>you might want to place a wager in Vegas on mlb finishing the season. Odds are becoming prohibitive against this happening.

it got mentioned but if you have that sort of confidence in the system go play a wager and make some serious money.

couple random thoughts -

didnt the cdc reduce suggested quarantine times to 10 days?

pga got off to a rough start in their first tourney - whether guys thought it couldnt happen to them or they got too loose, whatever - other golfers spoke up about the consequences and it got much better quickly - maybe that'll happen with baseball too?

Can't believe Dusty said that

Makes the Astros look even worse
The worst part was him being caught by a mic yelling at Kelly from the dugout with an MF bomb.

No one can say for sure it was him, but if you know his voice, it was absolutely him

Speaking of cognitive tests, I doubt Dusty would pass one. His tenure with the Nationals was embarrassing, frankly, and that was several years ago.
