The league got tape on him and realized he doesn’t go though his progressions, stares down his receivers and is terrible under pressure.
And he's not a leader. He's done several questionable things as the #1 overall pick QB of a bad franchise trying to turn things around including
Getting into fight with people in the media like Grossi and Rex Ryan who have been more right than wrong on their criticism of him
Coming out and talking shot about The Giants drafting Daniel Jones only for Baker himself to come into camp out of shape and have a horrible season
He's not humble at all
Makes too many excuses for shit that he himself controls like getting in sync with his receivers and reading the defense and watching film
Scoffing at the Johnny Manziel comparisons when Baker has had more than a few Johnny Football moments which off the top of my head include
The BJ at Cheesecake Factory fiasco
Gesturing whipping out his sausage on the sideline which reminded me of Johnny flipping off the Washington Football Team's sideline during a preseason game
Showing up Hue Jackson who has decades of experience in the NFL while Baker had barely more than a full season
Being out of shape and buying into his own hype
Calling out the fans after laying several eggs at home
Continuously using the chip on his shoulder talking point and constantly going back to the everybody versus us mentality when all we want is for him to play better
It's been a combination of things but there's been more than enough Johnny Manziel shit that Baker has done
