Week 5: Colts @ Browns

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That 2nd INT would have been avoided more or less if we could have somehow continued the earlier drives. The drops were brutal...

So what was the reasoning that Teller went from probable to out?

Guessing his calf was bruised and it tightened up instead of loosening

Maybe Hubbard was just playing well and they decided not to risk a worse injury to Teller?

Lol, wishful thinking. Teller was hurt, you 100% put Teller back in if he is healthy.

He got hit while releasing, it changed the trajection, all QB's get those INTs, the first was an awful pass, he had i believe OBJ wide open a little under and torward the sideline. He threw 2 bad balls...huge over throw and the INT....2nd int was him getting hit.

Good overall game from baker.

I know the colts offensive has had some struggles, but they gave up only 1 TD to the colts and 16 points while scoring 9 points themselves (yes i know EP is special teams, but its the defense). Out D played very well today. That 1st Int by baker, the kick return for a TD, and the 2 big drops by Landry really are the only huge mistakes that stuck out. Sure we need to clean those things up, to be a really good team, but going to double digit bad plays every game last year too 4 against what was the #1 ranked defense coming into the game before we had just under 400 yards of offense. I will take it for sure.

Agreed. If you would have told me we'd have like 20 rushing yards at halftime I'd have told you we'd be getting killed. Or if we ended with 125 rushing yards, I'd have told you we probably lost.

Baker had a great game in my eyes other than the one poorly thrown INT and a couple other errant throws (mostly high).

He didnt throw any bad balls in the 2nd half really. They made an adjustment at half and got more pressure on him, including the 2nd half int....but Landry's drops were huge, both looked like they could have gone for 1st downs. I am not getting down on LD, still a great sure handed receiver, just the facts.

I like the way they scored the FG againt us and our o-line and WIDE RECEIVERS said, ok, lets win this and blocked the fuck out of the colts for us to go 40 yards on the ground WHEN THE COLTS KNEW WE WERE RUNNING. Man its good to see.

For you younger fans, yes thats how the Browns used to win games in the 80's.

And for those wondering if Myles would get his 4th strip sack? No, we have to settle for 1 Sack, constant pressure and causing a game difference safety by penalty.

This was Myles "worst" game since B_More and he was still the best player on the field for either team today, still dominated. Damn he is so good.

Stefanski just addressed the injury: Ribs on that sack from Justin Houston. Glad we have Case Keenum in case Baker is a no go.

Ouch, that could be a 2-3 week recovery. I agree about Case. Good news is ribs is something you can use extra padding and get a pain killer shot, Just depends if it hurts his throwing motion.

That is what i call a Viagra Victory.

Because i might have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours.
