Okoro has eyes in the back of his head when it comes to passing out of the post in heavy traffic. He can make some passes that even some PG's can't make. I'm definitely not calling him a PG or even a great playmaker at this point but he has a really high basketball IQ. The ball doesn't stick with him like it does with alot of these dudes that grew up in the AAU system. I believe he does have a little potential down the road as a secondary type ballhandler like what Miami tried to do with Justice Winslow. His spin moves are something that even Lebron didn't develop until the latter parts of his career. Again not saying he has that type of potential but there are little rays of hope that he can definitely develop into a really nice NBA player.

AND that makes him a good fit with our guards. They can both spot up when he drives. He doesn't need the ball in his hands. He has a good shot selections and can generate offense with his defense. They call him a defensive playmaker who breaks up action on the wing and deflects the ball to teammates in the paint.

No guarantee he ever develops any of those offensive skills which he gives little hints at, but I argue the raw tools are there, while his footwork and finishing through contact is already elite at this stage, and he has a decent low handle that he can work with.

I wish I was impressed. Smh. Another disappointed pick I have to force myself to like. I’m not a fan of Koby at all.

Ugh!!!!! His own coach says he needs to develop a jump shot! Just what we need...another frontline player that can’t shoot!

Don't worry they worked him out and the Cavs have already said they think they can fix his shot
