Team looks good without him out there trying to be a PG
This is ridiculous with him. The dude hasn’t played since March and is freakin hurt again.
The problem with Love is he still sees himself as a star. He thinks he deserves touches over Colin and Darius. Pouts openly by not getting back on defense or when not getting the ball...and even though he may be right at times, that’s not where we are as a franchise. This franchise now runs through Colin and Darius, good and bad.
We need him to accept and support that transition. We need him to be a rebounding Channing Frye. Box out, set picks, hit threes, and be a positive influence on the development of the
players on the team, including Drummond (who I’m afraid has a lot of the same above tendencies).
if he can do that, we can easily ride out his contract, honor him, and let him walk off into the sunset. If he chooses the alternative...where he thinks he is too good to even try and evolve, then, we have to move on from him somehow at some point...whether that’s attaching 2nds to him, or simply sending him home “injured”.

He is what he is. I would use him off the bench at about 20-25 mins.
Too bad his on court contributions don’t measure up.
The problem is we aren’t hearing any of these concerns or complaints from the FO or teammates! If he wasn’t doing the job that the coach was asking of him I believe Bickerstaff would bench or pull him from the starting line up! So as of right now it’s clear the team and head coach sees something in Love on the floor we don’tThe problem with Love is he still sees himself as a star.
