Cavaliers Fantasy Trade Thread: 2020-21 regular season edition

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Cleveland gets: Dejounte Murray & Devin Vassell

San Antonio gets: Darius Garland & Cedi Osman

Why? Cleveland adds a tall guard to pair him with Sexton, & they get a nice defensive player in Vassell. San Antonio gets a PG prospect with alot of upside & a solid role player on a team friendly deal in Cedi Osman.

You like my comment and do this shit anyways. I love it hahaha :disdain (29):

And it's still a no for me doug

Spurs are worse than our team...

Dejounte has improved tremendously every year. People in the forums clamored for Haliburton because we needed a tall PG to pair with Sexton. I think Murray > Haliburton.

Did he? He only improved from his rookie season to sophomore season. It looks like he plateaued.

I think Haliburton is better than Murray.

By next year, it won't be a question. Haliburton is going to be good.

I actually don’t hate this

I don't know if Orlando would trade him, but I think Mo Bamba could be a good fit on our team. He plays decent defense, can hit a 3. I wonder if they would do a Drummond for Bamba and Gordon kind of deal. Would throw in a 2nd or two if it helps. Gets them under the cap next year, they keep the majority of their main core with Vucevic, Fultz, and Simmons. Like I said, I was looking for a defensive minded, 5th option on offense kind of center and this is what I came up with.

Id like this trade, and have always been a Bamba fan, if I weren't concerned about his long term health. Covid looks to have zapped him of a majority of his effort.

Why are all your trades the Cavs going "all in" and also losing better assets?
