I would trade Collin for almost everyone on that list save a few. It's easier to list the guys I wouldn't trade Sexton for:

Bam (and this is more because of Allen)
Trae
Sabonis
Edwards
Ayton
Collins
Lonzo (mostly because of contract, and that I'd want Lonzo to pair with Sexton)

Mikal?

I liked Mikal on draft night too. He'd be a great fit with Garland, Okoro, Love and Allen. He's not as special a scorer as Collin, but he plays a winning game.
I am kinda happy with sexton being he was the 8 pick. He is a budding all star. Few more tweaks and he is there. Garland showed last night what is in him and made strides this year. Allen and nance are solid. Okoro is very young and has never played a game every other day

Wade has been a find
Stevens and hartenstein have potential as off the bench player

another top 5 pick coming up
Osman moved for another 2 round

if love can stay healthy with low minutes then we should be very interesting next year

Hartenstein has been a force! He's that rotational guy you sign to like a 4 year deal before other teams figure it out. He can move the ball, is actually a good assist guy, and had some crazy/lucky finishes. I feel like he is that glue guy who could spot start, and he has height.
He just seems like that guy who will mostly make the right play. We have a few of those. These guys will benefit immensely from playing with an A-talent draft pick.

Wade isn't bad either, but I think Hart is a keeper. All of this, and I haven't watch a single game! Unreal!

Last night was about Garland, but Sexton has been awesome since that brutal 10 game losing streak. He's improved his ability to play off the ball tenfold since last season. His shot selection, while still not perfect, is far improved from his rookie season (where it felt like he led the league in percentage of shots as long 2s). Disagree with anyone posting that Sexland feels like "my turn, your turn" ala Kyrie & Dion. I actually think these two are incredibly dynamic offensively and complement each other fairly well, especially as Sexton continues to improve at playing off-ball and Garland continues to come into his own.

I don't take any opinion pieces seriously from ESPN, save for Zach Lowe & the draft guys (Givony & Schmitz). But including Sexton and Allen in their top 25, albeit towards the bottom, is a positive sign. Cavs young players will never get respect around the league until we have a winning team. Just how it goes. Based purely on talent, is Sexton really that far off from Donovan Mitchell, ESPN's 4th best young player? Personally, I don't think so. Mitchell has the edge from an explosiveness standpoint (although Sexton has some too) and has proven his abilities in the playoffs, but Sexton I think has higher upside as an efficient shot-maker.

It's usually Garland that has the ball in his hands when those two are on the court...The only time Sexton becomes the dominate ball-handler is when he's playing with the bench or someone from the in-bounds give it to him. He's gonna be more off the ball since Dellavedova is back from injury.

I think Sexton and Garland can work together they need to be surrounded by players that can shoot and defend...

This team needs a total revamp on the bench..imo. I thought having Dotson and Cedi would help out the spacing issue but it hasn't and teams don't respect Nance to hit a wide open three.

I have a feeling the organization will try to get a late pick..

What happened to this guy? He's been quiet lately.

Ever since Love and Delly back, I see more of Sexton moving off the ball and it is great seeing him. Even off the ball screens with Love and Wade on same play with Sexton curling up and sharp to the basket with Garland giving him an easy deuce. This is what I’ve been talking about in using his speed to his advantage in off the ball movement. Hope to continue to see more of this.

Quiet,he's scored atleast 24 points in six of the last twelve games..Sexton doesn't chuck the ball like Trae Young,Westbrook,Harden and etc

He usually try get others involve first and then get himself going. Now,if he's hot that's when the team tries to give him the ball but he usually gets four to seven points here and there and then get the team involve. Half of the time like last night you don't noticed him scoring 20-something points because Garland, another player or the bench got hot.

On top of that,he's been missing the shots he usually makes.

Garland and the bench was so hot last night, nobody noticed Sexton score 22 points and that's okay. Garland and the bench needed this because it will give them confidence and open up for Sexton even more.
