I don’t think you will have to. I am sure it will be available on demand. The only issue I see is if they make you watch ads if you watch a game on demand. But with you having to be a Prime member to watch anyways you probably won’t have to.

I am a prime member, heck i have a prime member, but that is for the Tinder thread.

I just like to rewind the game, pause and fast forward through stoppages. On demand will suck imo and cause me to watch less thursday night games.

Clowney is much better against the run than against the pass, and in particular sets the edge very well. That should make for some improvement in the run defense at least at that position.

Vernon was good against the run too, i think we slightly improved the position, but our LB's were the main reason we sucked against the run. Walker will be a bigger help on that, and probably JOK too.

At one DE, we have Myles, who I want to write is no change. But, he might be an upgrade if he's fully recovered from COVID

At the other DE, we have Clowney, who is clearly an upgrade against the run over Vernon.

At 1-tech, Billings should be a nice step-in and small upgrade over Ogunjobi, but I'm good calling this a wash for now until we see Billings this year.

At 3-tech, Malik Jackson probably is a small step down from Sheldon Richardson.

I think our depth at every single position is improved. Takk and Togiai alone would be enough, let alone if a dice roll like Wilson or Weaver pans out.

At linebacker, it's clear upgrades all around. Every new face is a significant upgrade, and the younger guys should get better.

At safety, it's probably the biggest upgrade. Johnson, Delpit and Harrison are far superior to Harrison, Sendejo and Redwine.

Our run defense should be in line for a massive improvement.

What about CB? Notable losses are Money Mitch and KJ - gained Troy Hill and Newsome (and hopefully Greedy).

Hard to say if we upgraded there but I imagine the safety and LB upgrades should help the defense overall.

The topic was run defense, so I didn't really feel CB was necessary to talk about.

But, we definitely upgraded as well, simply by not having MJ Stewart on the field

2017 2nd round pick out of Michigan State.

Anyone with intel on the guy and if he can contribute?
"He sustained injuries from an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) accident shortly after being drafted and never played in a game for the Seahawks. He was sentenced to 11 months in prison for a series of crimes in Michigan in November 2019."

I liked him coming out. I imagine he'll get a chance to compete in camp for DT. Right now he's probably on the outside looking in.

He played both 3-tech and 1-tech at MSU. I pictured him more as a 3-tech in the pros.

Only half serious when I say it’s like a Scared Straight episode where the staff introduces Marvin Wilson to McDowell and says, get your head on straight, act like a pro from day one, or you could need up like this guy. Did have a lot of talent in HS and at MSU. Buckeyes and some other top schools recruited him hard.

Malik McDowell had some incredible tape coming out. Undeniable talent.

But he was a total shit head. Maybe prison changed him? The talent was absolutely never the question, he got drafted in the 2nd round even with an incredible amount of baggage with him because he was so talented.
