Bring them to Cleveland. Two MLB teams sharing one retractable dome. Double the odds of ending the curse.

Yes but great easy access to BART train line.Good. I'm sick of seeing that gross venue on TV. Maybe change their team colors too. The least aesthetically pleasing pro sports product by far.
No way LA gets a 3rd team.I'm guessing it's either LA or Like a Portland who wants an MLB team type of thing.

I imagine Portland has the inside track over Nashville just because it's west coast but it's got to be those two cities
Living here in Portland, despite it's size, growth, blah blah blah... There just doesn't seem to be that much heat in actually landing a MLB club. That may change if the prospect of getting a team gains some serious traction, but I would say Las Vegas is a good under the radar candidate.

They are trying to get a team in Portland... I am sure if Oakland says they are leaving, you will see the group try to get them there...
You might want to look up the Atlanta AAA club... Especially its nickname.Though I am sure they'll keep the Athletics moniker, you could riff on the desert theme for days. I think the Gamblers and the Strip-ers are out though.
