Baker has been missing a lot of opportunities, Felton wide open at home for 6 and the shitty throw to OBJ at Minnesota for 6. We can pretend he had Chase, yet he's still missing them wide open for easy scores.

The excuse of not having Chase or not, Baker has been mediocre to below average in scanning the field and gun slinging like some of these young stud QBs. They get 3 TDs and 300 yards in their sleep.

What’s weird is the original post that prompted it, in the nfl regular season thread OUTSIDE of the browns section made 0 mention of Mayfield

like you can’t even say something about another team’s QB without but Mayfield!!!! Coming up every time. I really don’t even see any mayfield defensiveness in here. ONE guy said he can be better in the future and that’s now defensiveness? If anything is heres just constant anti mayfield posting to the extent that you can’t even say you aren’t sold on another QB without it turning into a dump on mayfield

Eh, the bad throws Burrows makes get forgotten because he gets to make other throws to a guy like Chase. Baker doesn't so every mistake gets that much more attention.

No point in arguing it further, though. Guys see what they see.
 
I live in Springfield, MO, where the Chiefs are absolutely huge. I remember celebrating after the Super Bowl win a couple of years ago with some KC beers. But man we're looking bad this season. Definitely don't look Super Bowl worthy so far.

Crazy how with all of modern evaluation and technology at teams disposal to dissect everything about a players performance, teams so thoroughly screwed up on Herbert, Allen, and Jackson.

Part of this forum gets offended at times when it comes to Baker, we all cheer for the guy and want him to be next level. Some are just more realistic than others.
 
That kid in TB blew a 100K+ jackpot giving back that Tom Brady TD ball.

Everybody believes that they are being realistic, and that those with a different opinion are either too optimistic, or too pessimistic.
