2022 NBA Draft Safari

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I haven't seen anyone mention Bayor's Kendall Brown yet. In just his second college game, the kid had a near triple double, with 13 points, 9 rebounds, & 10 assists and one monster slam where he cut baseline. He's a very explosive 6'7" SG/SF.

I dont see them keeping the pick unless they get lucked into a top 4 spot from the likely 9-14 range they end up in. I had hopes of them being in the 15-20 range with such impressive play even with key players out, but now that Mobley is out with Allen on top of Love and LM they are guaranteed to lose 5 of the next 7 game imo. That alone is enough to keep them from that 15-20 range. I mean even when they come back unlikely the mojo is there right away. The Cavs could reasonably lose the next 9 of 10 games even if some are close.

Me: Awesome……team looks great, lottery may not even be in the cards, I’ll take the early part of the season off from draft data.

Mobley: Im gonna be out a few weeks.

Me: Punches Air.

I think it the right player drops, they'll use future assets to move up and get him.

I may be the only one that's OK with Evan sitting out...as long as it's not serious, the team can be happy with its progress while not winning games they shouldn't. They can compete for the play-in, while still getting that young dynamic wing in the draft...

sure and they could use those looking great right now 2nds from the Rockets or Spurs as move up collateral but I would rather see them dump the late late lottery pick with one of those 2nds for a legit upside sf from last years draft that already has a year in the league under his belt.
Then use the high 2nd they didn't trade on a international player ready to come over right away or something.

Maybe I just picked the wrong game to watch Baldwin Jr, but his entire team (him included) was overmatched against Florida in that second half and he showed no fire/hustle. Probably just going to wipe the slate clean and try to get a look at him on their next big game.

Haven't watched a game, but my gut is telling me Jabari is the player of this draft.

I’d love to somehow be in position to take him, but he’s probably a top 4 pick. Seeing him next to Mobley and Allen in the front court would be amazing on defense though.
