The devil is in the details though, isn't it? I mean, you can "develop" a low round pick so that he may be decent, but that doesn't mean that you can reliably just turn low-rounders into Pro Bowlers. It does happen, but the odds of turning someone into a No. 1 drop the deeper you go into the draft. And it usually takes more time as well.

We drafted Schwartz in the 3rd round, and so far, this team would probably be better off if we'd just passed on the pick.
 
I like our odds with Carr. The Raiders are imploding in real time. Faced with (perhaps) tanking next year with a new coach and the same front office that doesn't value him, I could see him changing his stance on retiring if he were traded.
 
How long would Russ last and how much of that would the Browns get?
 
As I said, he was super pissed when he had to quiet the crowd. Clear as day on the broadcast.

While I dont do more than watch the box scores with the WC competition, what more is happening? Coach sucked & was a bigot, Ruggs & the other shit 1st rounder, etc.

5 of 7 Carr's complete seasons have been under .500. Not all his fault, but I feel like thats something people should look at.

the Raiders scheme is horrendous, and extremely easy to shut down.
 
Also our crowd is never too loud on offense to the point where the offense is disrupted. That is such a weak ass thing to say after you walked off the field without saying anything.

Now we need a class in fan etiquette from Baker Mayfield? This dude is a frontrunner and frontrunners are the last people who should be snapping back at fans.

It's crazy because Baker gets a ridiculous amount of respect from the home fans. They love this dude. He gets props even when he's out there stinking it up. The first time he gets boo'd he walks off the field and doesn't speak. Then he comes out the next day throwing shots at fans.

This is a mentally fragile QB and I don't know how you can win and sustain a winning culture with that.
