Um ok? Kind of out of nowhere
Griffin is one of the most overrated GMs in the league. He decimated the Cavs future when LBJ came back, rather than exhibiting patience. Yes one can call it hindsight, but it really isn’t the case.I'd rather Koby do this than what David Griffin is doing in New Orleans. Gifted a #1 pick to compensate the team's star going to the NBA Establishment. Got their best players not named LeBron in that trade. Got another Top 5 pick courtesy of the "gift".
Lonzo goes to Chicago and is (no pun intended) balling. Meanwhile, their star is looking much like that meme of him awaiting the pot of gumbo being cooked and their next best player is on everyone's list for a trade.
Griffin definitely got the LeGM assist, and Koby has done the best with what little luck the Cavs have been granted post-LeBron. With no "LeGM" help. Meanwhile the actual "LeGM" is looking like a ticking timebomb in LA.
Give me the silence and bare-minimum "media releases".

In my opinion thats the result of the person cult in the NBA more than anything. After MJ, its all about "Brands" of individual players and they battle each other to be the "alpha" guy, more than their teams battle each other. We are all guilty of fueling that trend by just looking at stats over and over as if they were fully determining the result of a game.Thats a matter of opinion. I find nothing watchable about players jacking up three pointers every other trip down the floor. Up three (shoot a three) down two (shoot a three), down one (shoot a three)! I was watching the Hawks the other night. They were up 6 with less than a minute to go and Trey comes down and fires up a three ball with ten seconds left on the shot clock. Not very smart basketball to me.
I can agree with you on this but let me give you an example of what I’m talking about. In my opinion thats the result of the person cult in the NBA more than anything.
