2022 NBA Finals

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Something about 2020 comes to mind. GSW wasn't there.

Nor were they there in 2021.

What is this guy smoking? Klay had 5 straight from 2015 to 2019. Be happy with that.

Fuck Al Horford. I can’t stand his ass. I don’t like how he’s least being pushed as some sort of good guy in the league when he’s a clearly dirty player.

The shit he did to Delly was dirty. He was a bitch when he was with ATL and now he’s some sort of respected veteran player who’s one of the good guys in the league? FOH man.

Sorry, I just don’t like how his whole image is so clean now and now in his second stint with BOS we’re supposed to forget just how dirty this dude is.

Spo is great cause Miami doesn’t have much

I've said before, and I'll say it again -- years from now, people will look at this era as one of the worst in NBA history. As with all eras, there will be rule changes to keep things from getting too excessive, and in about 20 years, the Gen Z folks will laugh about 3 point chucking b-ball in the Millennial days.

The blowouts have been more and more common over the last few years throughout the season.

It's the nature of all of the 3 point shooting where a team can just get hot and the game ends in the first 24 minutes.

Or a team gets super cold and can't make a single thing and doesn't have another way to score buckets anymore.

ANd yea, it does make the game more boring to watch.

Agree; I miss the oldy times of defense and banging in the paint having more significance.

How do you fix this though? Move the 3 pt. line out further? I have no idea what everyone would agree on to make things more interesting, i.e. avoid blowouts most games.

Not only does it make the game more boring to watch it also confuses people into believing the game is better with more skillful players today…

Completely ignoring the fact that being skilled in the post, being a skilled passer, being able to take your guy off the dribble, use upfakes, have phenomenal footwork etc….. is what made the game better….

This whole drive into the lane, kick it to the guy in the corner, so he can swing it to the guy on the wing for an open 3 is not really good basketball….

I think you'd have to make 2 pointers worth 4 and 3 pointers worth 5.

Not sure why you guys are hating on the game as its played now. The only issue I have is that foul calls are a bit down in the playoffs. Teams are taking too many 2s anyway. 3pt basketball has high variance, but the large scoring numbers are showing that this is an overall improvement for the game over the last few years. Especially this year with an all time high for average ORTG.

Long gone are the days of spending 20 seconds on each shot clock waiting for some dinosaur to get a position in the post and have 4 dudes stand around as he flails around facing away from the hoop to throw up an ugly looking shot. Now, we have real exciting offense with all the high PnR, Spain, and off ball defensive switching. The game is as aesthetic as it has ever been. Not their fault, so many people have awful taste

I wonder what a 4-point shot [over the half-court line] would do?
