Those are both Western conference teams. Which of Dallas, Houston, and OKC will move to the Eastern Conference?
Memphis or Minny id guessThose are both Western conference teams. Which of Dallas, Houston, and OKC will move to the Eastern Conference?
I forgot about them! Minny would be a good regional rivalry for the Bucks. Memphis would be disruptive.Memphis or Minny id guess
Could always stick Chi in the west and SA in the East againI forgot about them! Minny would be a good regional rivalry for the Bucks. Memphis would be disruptive.
Geographically-speaking, Memphis & New Orleans would make the most sense to move to the Eastern Conference.Memphis or Minny id guess
Ive been fiddling with rebuilt confrences in 2k for a while now. OKC is always a damn problem. I usually end up dumping them in a division with Portland, Sea, and one other team. IIRC i had to pair Florida, Atl and Mem to make it workHere's my first take at 8 team pods. The names are obviously just stand ins but tie to certain themes. OKC is a tough put in any group but had to make these balanced 4 team pods, so I did the best I could.

From a fan rivalalry perspective(current NBA rivals but also historical rivalries based on region, culture and other sports, I think there is massive potential in these pods)
You'd play 6 games against your three division opponents. They would always be grouped in pairs of two, whether back to back games or with a travel day or two involved. You'd play 2 or 3 games against every other division, with the divisions you played three times per year being closer geographical fits, so you'd never be playing the Laker or Sonics three times a year for example.
This could add up to 82 games or they could scale back to somewhere between 74-78 games main schedule to accommodate the in season tourney they're talking about and continued tweaks to the Play In tourney.
Nah. Lebron's better than Derozan.
DeRozan had an amazing year…. Had a ton of big games, game winners etc….He had a more impactful year than LeBron IMO….Nah. Lebron's better than Derozan.
He helped Chicago. But more than Lebron helped LA despite their problems? Not in my opinion.DeRozan had an amazing year…. Had a ton of big games, game winners etc….He had a more impactful year than LeBron IMO….
LeBron is a better player…. He put up better numbers out of necessity…. DeRozan had a better season to me and what he provided for the Bulls with their overall team success….He helped Chicago. But more than Lebron helped LA despite their problems? Not in my opinion.
And that's irrelevant. It should be the best players. And Lebron is better than Derozan in every respect.
This is like the debate on the MVP: do you go with the guy who helped his team the most or the best player. I always go for the best player. That's what MVP means to mean and that's what all NBA means.LeBron is a better player…. He put up better numbers out of necessity…. DeRozan had a better season to me and what he provided for the Bulls with their overall team success….
